Comfort Suites Lafayette University Area

Check in was a breeze and the staff were so friendly and professional. The room was clean, but the property needs some love. Lots of wear and tear through out. The air conditioner unit had some kind of green substance on it, unsure if it was mold, but there was no smell or feel of dampness in the rooms. The bed was extremely hard, which for me was uncomfortable. The pool is a wonderful size, but the stairs on one end are missing the second tread, which made it impossible to use them.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall it felt a little dark and dingy but that could be because the decor is all dark colors.

Great hotel with a great price. Stayed here in route to Nashville. The room was clean and had nice pillows. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a very clean establishment and conveniently next to a Crackle Barrel and Starbucks. The continental breakfast had a nice spread. For $100 a family of 4. It was a great choice. 👍 👌

Room was dirty. Comforter had stains on it. Bathtub had some hairs on it and wasn’t clean. Hallway smelled dingy. Bfast was ho hum. It was worse than when I stayed there several years ago unfortunately.

We found our room clean and well maintained. The space was a blessing for us. Thank you for a quiet restful time during our stay.

Wonderful breakfast better than we expected. Love the sweet rolls and cinnamon buns. The staff was very nice there. Good to have a hot breakfast and seem to have everything Hotel that cost more would have.

New place very clean. Staff could not get the tv to work so I had to spend about 45min researching how to fix the programming glitch Stat was friendly but needs more training

Actually read reviews and have to say our experience here was not like others had written our room was clean and neat and stay was very friendly and respectful and was helpful.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure our dog felt right at home, which meant a lot to us. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable, and every team member we interacted with was absolutely awesome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — truly no issues at all. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without even having to ask. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, pet‑friendly experience. Tricia has a great staff !!

A bit rundown - cost was way more than the other hotels of similar low quality.

Found this hotel randomly on my way back to Chicago from Bonnaroo when I was too exhausted to drive any further, I took 3 showers and I even felt comfortable taking a bubble bath (it was that clean) and the staff was so nice 😊 would absolutely stay here again!

Friendly staff and quiet hotel

the receptionist was very helpful. Room was very updated. The entire place was great. The sheets were some of the softest I have had. The breakfast helper was veryhelpful. the coffee was not really hot some may not like that

Room was clean and updated. It did have a strong perfume/cleaning smell when I walked in. No ice machine on 2 nd floor but plenty on 1st floor . Breakfast was ok. I do test sugar so options were very limited for me. Staff was great .

I was disappointed in finding a makeup stain on the comforter and dark stains on the washcloth. Otherwise, it was okay.

Clean room and yummy breakfast

Overall our room was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable. We don't consider ourselves germaphobes but we do have a tendency to wipe down doorhandles and areas that are often touched. In doing so we noticed dirt and grime let on disinfectant wipes. ...... You get the picture.

A very nice property with large patio area for the money. Sofa bed was pretty worn out and needed a new mattress but other than that a nice and convenient location on our way to Chicago.
