the receptionist was very helpful. Room was very updated. The entire place was great. The sheets were some of the softest I have had. The breakfast helper was veryhelpful. the coffee was not really hot some may not like that

Room was clean and updated. It did have a strong perfume/cleaning smell when I walked in. No ice machine on 2 nd floor but plenty on 1st floor . Breakfast was ok. I do test sugar so options were very limited for me. Staff was great .

I was disappointed in finding a makeup stain on the comforter and dark stains on the washcloth. Otherwise, it was okay.

Clean room and yummy breakfast

Overall our room was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable. We don't consider ourselves germaphobes but we do have a tendency to wipe down doorhandles and areas that are often touched. In doing so we noticed dirt and grime let on disinfectant wipes. ...... You get the picture.

A very nice property with large patio area for the money. Sofa bed was pretty worn out and needed a new mattress but other than that a nice and convenient location on our way to Chicago.

My room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in excellent condition from front entrance lobby, to the pool area, hallways and elevator. When I got to my room, they already had the air conditioner running and made the room feel very comfortable when I first walked in to the room. Shower pressure was good with shampoo and conditioner bottles attached in the shower for easy use. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was good. Breakfast was typical. Cost was fair. The room was not very clean or well maintained. The bedding had lots of stains. The furniture was all scuffed up. I expected a little more with being 4 star. Had to ask for more towels and bedding for the pull out couch. Luckily we were not in the room much. Just a place to lay our heads at night and get ready in the morning.

Coffee was cold.

Last minute booking and they were so accommodating. Friendly staff and a nice clean room. Shampoo/conditioner smelled really good. Enjoyed the neighboring establishments. Continental breakfast was not anything extravagant but delicious nonetheless It wasnt a longer stay on our part

Room size that allowed all 4 of us to rest and not feel crowded. Good size bathroom. Good breakfast. Very polite staff!! Location great with multiple resta urants and shopping nearby.

Room was disgusting wasn't clean sat on the couch the few hours we could stand it and left. Curtains full of unknown substances microwave dirty and bathroom looked and smelled like a male college shared bathroom.. bedsheets smelled like mildew

Clean, well taken care of No issues

The public areas of this hotel were well maintained. The location is convenient and right off the highway. The breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. My room smelled like feet. The walls, lamps, floors and curtains were stained or sticky. The room really needed a good scrubbing. For the price and needing a quick place to sleep on a solo roadtrip, it served its purpose. I felt safe but the room definitely showed too many signs of people there before me.

Sheets were so dirty that we had to ask for a blanket to sleep on on top of the covers. Woke up covered in bites. Worst experience ever.
