The room had an odor, floors were dirty, animal hair floating in the air and a/c was off, over 80 deg. in room. Trash outside along the side walk, entry door handle was broke, all the glass in the doors was cover with grime.

The hotel smelled like someone was smoking drugs. Our bed had bedbugs and when I told the staff the refused to move us rooms until I threatened them by calling corporate. The staff was rude and was sleeping in the office. The elevator smelled like someone peed in it. The website says it has a breakfast and it doesn't. People were screaming all night long and when I called the front desk our phone in the room didn't work. I asked for towels and they refused to give us any.

Room was clean, well furnished. AC unit emitted a musty, moldy smell when I turned it on, and continued to emit same smell throughout stay (1 night). Should get it cleaned,

They are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs

Rooms have been recently and nicely remodeled compared to my stay last year .

Room is outdated and in poor condition. Moving toilet. Room has strong odor. Hair Dryer inside wire exposed. Chipped door and frames. Will avoid this property in future

The only positive thing I can say about this place was the shower had great water pressure. The place was old and run down. Everything felt sticky and dirty. Stains on all bedding. What looked like public hair on floor of bathroom. The "breakfast" was beyond minimal and afraid to touch anything bc it looked dirty and reused. Will never stay here again unless literally the only place available.

Availability entire hotel needs a deep clean and refresh. Walls are stained and dirty in lobby. Door handle push bar falling and not fixed the entire time I was there. Shower curtain was stained. Shower head was rusty and dirty

Bathroom sink, towel holder were not working. Changed room. With value, it could be better with cleanliness and breakfast is really poor. Staffs were helpful

The room is spacious BUT old, bathroom is also old and not that clean. When we asked for towel replacement, its color yellow because its also old. Free breakfast nevermind, got scared that we’re going to get tummy ache.

Not very clean property. Had wierd smell. Breakfast was just ok. But great location and generally responsive staff.

Absolutely nothing! Very dirty! So dirty I could not allow my grandson to play on the floor.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean with no leaks. Towels were replaced every day and rooms were cleaned and freshened up daily. One of our shopping bags with some clothes disappeared from the room. We had to approach the front desk staff to get it back.
