Neither linens nor towels nor shower curtains were white. The whole facility had an oder of cigarette smoke mixed with something else. The AC had to be adjusted throughout the night, breakfast was stale

This location is disgusting! There are stains on the bed linen. The whole place reeks of weed and cigarettes. The phone and tv doesn’t work in the room.

Overall, this was a very good value for the price. The hotel was a little tricky to find, but the staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was larger than expected and included a couch and a small kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, and fridge, which was a nice bonus for a reasonably priced hotel. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. There were plenty of towels, and the front desk even provided me with a kettle when I asked for hot water. The biggest issue was brown water initially coming out of the bathtub faucet, which was unpleasant and may have been caused by older or rusty pipes. The shower water appeared fine afterward. The television was also quite small, and the breakfast was extremely basic, consisting mainly of toast, cereal, milk, orange juice, and coffee. One other concern was seeing a front-desk employee picking his nose and, on another occasion, picking at his toes. That was not very professional or hygienic, particularly for someone working in a customer-facing position. Despite those issues, the room itself was spacious, quiet, and better equipped than most hotels in this price range. For the amount I paid, I still felt the overall value was very good.

Hotel was great. Great last minute booking for us. Didn’t smell as bad as the reviews say, in fact I barely noticed anything. Hotel was great. Only thing was finding the place. The signs weren’t lit very well and the hotel itself is nestled in the back corner of a few other hotels. All in all, this was a great hotel for the price point.

The room itself wasn’t unlivable but had a slight musty odor. The bathroom door looked as though someone had punched through it, and there were several noticeable stains in the bathroom. The pillows felt worn out, and I had to stack all three just to have enough support to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the advertised amenities were misleading, there was no coffee or tea maker in the room, and although free internet was listed, it was essentially unusable. Even when I connected, none of my devices would load anything, forcing me to rely on my mobile hotspot or visit a nearby coffee shop throughout my stay. Despite advertised quiet hours, guests were making significant noise well past 11 p.m., and the walls are so thin you can hear pretty much everything on the floor anyway. The front desk also seemed largely unattended, I only saw staff when checking in and checking out, and neither interaction felt particularly welcoming. Overall, I was not thrilled with my stay and will not be back the next time I am in town.

Walked in and the lobby smelled BAD ( musky and cigarette smoke). There were rust everywhere. The elevator seem like it were about to fall to the bottom. Bad experience on the elevator. The upkeep on the hotel DEFINITELY NEEDS attention. The outside looked good.

Las camas estaban muy sucias y las almohadas también y olía muy mal el lugar la verdad yo no pude quedarme y pedí mi reembolso en el mismo momento y me fui a otro lugar a hospedarme

The room was infested with ants. The 2nd time I’ve decided to stay there with ants crawling in the bathroom, around the TV and the window seal. When I got home all my clothes went straight into the washing machine. I’ll never stay there again. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel I would recommend the EcoLodge. It’s just down the street and I’ve never had issues there.
