The elevator was being worked on while we were there, maid service was every other week. I had called ahead to ask for hypoallergenic bedding and it was not taken care. Had to have hotel staff bring up new pillows might of check in. Breakfast was a buffet and it cost $15 per person. Would have preferred breakfast included.

No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed.

Of the two elevators, only.one worked so the wait for an elevator could get frustrating. The hotel room was clean however, the bedding on one of the beds was stained up when you pulled back the top.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Restaurant and a lot of snacks on site. Well lit parking. It was me and my daughters and I felt extremely safe! Room was great. Only inconvenience was the one elevator for 6 floors - but it wasn’t horrible. Would def stay there again!
