Clean room and amazing breakfast for how affordable it was. Perfect spot too being so close to top golf dave and busters and the movie theatre!

Customer service. Throw away culture of paper plates, cups, cutlery. Disappointed with Holiday Inn. Not the same as in Europe Holiday Inns. Throwback to the 1970s.

Convenient to where we were going. Our room 333 had a very strong smell of mildew when we first walked in. We sprayed Lysol to cover the odor and that helped a little. We reported it to the front desk when we had breakfast the next morning.

My stay was ok very easy to get to off of the freeway. A lot of different food amenities mall not that far away. The only downside is the pillows were so flat and the room I rented the tub stopped up I’m taking a shower and the water is to my ankles. I reported it to the front desk. Hopefully, that issue will be resolved very soon in the tub is peeling as well. Need to be repainted.

Front desk lady was great. Don't remember her name. Lol. Breakfast was good. The only reality issue we had was I wanted to swim but there was all kinds of kids playing (throwing footballs and other swim toys) and I didn't wanna risk getting hit. So I just didn't bother to try and swim.

Hot water was barely lukewarm and no water pressure at sink and shower. Not sure if this is normal. Bathtub is peeling in big pieces. How they resolve these soon because it was clean and folks were nice.

Our check in was quick and easy poor employee was new only 4 days in and by himself on busy evening. We go to room and it was musty smelling. Phones did not wokr i had to go downstairs to feont deak to get blankets.The bathtub paint was peeling off so you could not take a bath. At 6:00 am the music that plays in Lobby was playing on speakers attached to the building outside so loud it woke us up. Maybe need to think people may be sleeping .at 6;00 am. I was on 2nd floor on front side of building. Was disappointed for a Holiday Inn.
