The hotel was perfectly located, and the staff was genuinely attentive to my requests and my needs.

Do not book here !! Roaches and poop towels ! When we first walked in , it was roaches everywhere. We wasn’t able to get refunded so they moved our room . Still had roaches but this room had towel with poop hanging up ready to use. The breakfast items were old and spoiled . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced.

Front desk staff was very personable and helpful. Room smelled of mold. Room was very humid and sheets felt damp. Latch on door to outside parking lot was broken. Door did not lock. It was not secure. Anyone could enter. Smoke alarm went off at 2am and would not stop. Almost no food at breakfast. Microwave and toaster did not work. We booked for one week but checked out after one night

Great location! Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Telephone in room did not work, couldn’t even call the front desk. Also, the television did not work. But the scariest thing was that they allow men to hang out in the stairway at all hours. Fortunately my husband was with me on this trip and I was not alone as I usually am. Personally, I will never stay here if I am alone. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk and they were not concerned.

The room was nice. The restroom needs to be updated, the Door to the room needs to be replaced! The Free Breakfast was TERRIBLE!
