Lysol wipes never leave home without them… last the person 3-11 shift on the Friday I don’t think wanted to work. Never ever again!!!

I always sleep well here! The staff is wonderful, the location is great, and even when it’s full, the hotel is quiet. I stay here every time I visit!

A comfortable room with nice breakfast included, along with clean facilities and helpful staff, make this a great place to stay.

I was already disappointed hearing this, but when we were walking by the desk, and heard a staff member talking to the other staff about guests complaining that the hot water isn’t up to par for it being a hotel, we knew we needed to leave. To some, a pool isn’t a big thing, but during the summertime, the majority of guests want to have access to a pool AND a hot shower!

Toliet back up could not change room

The rooms were clean, restrooms were mostly clean, lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom door didn’t close, no privacy, no other room available. Was an adjoining room wasn’t aware of, could hear neighbors kids screaming during night

The only complaint I have is that the bed was way too hard. I did not sleep due to the bed being hard. Everything else about the hotel was great.

We got checked in about 130am and the front desk attendant was very friendly. When we woke up we went down for the breakfast, it was delicious. The breakfast bar staff was very nice, The rainy weather affected the cable but we called for help twice and they sent someone up right away. I asked for clean towels the 2 nights we stayed & the housekeepers gave them right away. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly & went above expectations for service.
