The staff were very good. What, otherwise, would be an excellent rating was tarnished by a problem with getting hot water in the bathroom….it was really disappointing. I probably will opt for another location on subsequent visits.

I booked 3 weeks out for a double queen bed room and when I walk in the room it’s a king bed. The front desk tells me there are no more double queen bed rooms available. Literally had to go purchase a blow up bed for the family. Just wish they could let you know these kinds of things before walking into your room realizing this isn’t right.

When we got there, the first room we had the TV didn’t work and the air conditioner was not cooling. I went down to the desk and the representative was awesome and gave us a room directly across the hall so we didn’t have to move our stuff very far. From then on out there were no issues. The room was comfortable, beds were comfortable, AC cooled like a dream and breakfast was nice the next morning.

Clean, welcoming, and staff was very friendly Only down side is not having a microwave in our rm.

I liked the staff they were great. First we didn't like the sliding bathroom door because there was no privacy. There were crumbs on the table tops in our roomso it just didn't feel clean. Also I understand the breakfast is complimentary. But was by far the worst breakfast ive had at a hotel.. it was nicely laid out and lots of options but just wasn't great. Also the snacks are insanely expensive.

Everything was fine with the exception of the toilet paper the worst I ever had to use. If I stay there again I will bring my own…

We did a staycation for our 37th anniversary. Hampton Inn & Suites is close to home but we felt like we were in a sanctuary. The accommodations were excellent and the free breakfast was substantial. The staff was impeccable. Nearly every time we choose to go on a staycation we stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. It could be a special occasion or just a little getaway from the pressures of daily life.

The room was horrible and looked nothing like the pictures online. It smelled the bed was not comfortable they were hard and the linen was dirty and not properly put on the bed. The carpet was dirty, the paint was chipping from the walls, ceiling, bathroom door, the ac was falling apart out the window, the tub was dirty and the lightning in the room was so low you can’t see. I could barely get dressed I slept very horrible and was woke up with the construction being done on the actual hotel. I’m very disappointed
