Everything, especially the location

Room was spacious and very clean. Nice quiet location and within easy driving distance to all kinds of restaurants and amenities. Breakfast area was very well maintained and had the usual nice breakfast foods of any hotel. No complaints. LOVED having the kitchen in my room as I did prepare my own meal.

The room was decently clean and comfortable and had quite a lot of kitchen stuff supplied. Breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a variety of breads, pancakes, etc. And was pretty tasty. The front desk staff were on their phones when I was checking in and checking out so I couldn't tell if they were talking to me or someone else on their phone, but they were otherwise friendly enough.

I really enjoyed my stay

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and stocked with the necessities. The ice machine was broken :-( My hubby walked next door to the Chevron and bought some. It was a little odd that there were no towel racks in the bathroom, only a hook on the back of the door. And, the fan in the bathroom was loud, but did not ventilate. We slept through breakfast, so can't speak to that. There's only one elevator which was a long way from our room. The kitchen was spacious and stocked-may want to think about having salt and pepper shakers for quests. Hotel was located close to everything in Lafayette-great location on a quiet street.

They take care of you (thank you Gabrielle)! Everything you need - just like home. Clean and safe. I loved it! Maybe include the folding luggage stand for your suitecase if you are not staying long enough to use the drawers/closets. A small thing though compared to the value!

Did not like - breakfast was subpar. Couple near us fighting every night. Asked for housekeeping to service room and no show. Finally did 3rd day after having to ask a second time.

The location was ducked off and quiet. Not to much traffic in and out. It was super clean. No smells. The housekeepers cleaned up nice while I was away. The breakfast was always hot and ready. A different breakfast selection would be nice.

Clean Rooms Overshadowed by Host Misconduct and Disastrous Breakfast ServiceWhile the check-in process was very pleasant, the hotel smelled nice, and our room was clean, the breakfast experience was entirely unacceptable. I am writing this because your breakfast host needs immediate disciplinary action for her dismissive behavior and poor handling of food service.On Saturday morning, we arrived at 8:00 AM (well within the 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM window). The pancake dispenser was empty, muffins were gone, and the hot food (eggs and meat) was severely undercooked. The pancake machine also malfunctioned, dispensing raw, runny batter. Furthermore, the main juice machine was broken. Rather than offering us the backup juice that was stocked in the small refrigerator/cooler—which we saw earlier customers drinking—the host lazily told us she was completely "out."On Sunday, we tried again right at 7:00 AM. The hot food was still dangerously undercooked, but suddenly juice was available again. Because the host gave us zero explanation, we were left to assume she fabricated being "out" the day before or was intentionally withholding items from certain paying guests. This level of poor communication, favoritism with amenities, and disregard for food safety is unacceptable. A good breakfast is a major part of welcoming guests and ensuring their return; unfortunately, this host did an awful job and ruined what should have been a great stay. I expect management to address these food safety issues and discipline this host so future guests do not experience this.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy, kitchen was furnished, staff were friendly and helpful. As a traveling female, I didn’t feel too uncomfortable as I did at the other hotel property in the area and would likely return again. It’s close to the main city area, Wal-Mart and Starbucks are both a quick drive or walk down the street.

Room was very nice. Clean with a fantastic staff.

Clean room and good bed. Toilet took more than 10 flushes to work properly. No bath soap. Noise from room above was intrusive. Floor made noises while walking. Bathroom had no disposable cups for mouth rinse.

Great stay. Great value.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could've been cleaned better. There was something stuck on the bottom of the bathroom door and the shower should have been cleaned better.
