Did not checking due to my reservation was moved to a different motel without my consent. Apparently, that hotel is a college dorm now. They moved my reservation to Best Western Motel without my approval.

The overall experience was great. Slight problem with persons in parking lot that were there each night and were loud throughout the night. These were reported but they were not guests of the hotel. Staff was excellent.

Good customer service. Room was clean and convenient location with on time shuttle service. My only complaint is that there was a musty smell, and our bathroom door would not close.

My stay was an overnight stay. Checkin was less than average as the lady seemed irritated for some reason. There were some minor aesthetic issues around the property and in the room. The stained chairs were unpleasant to see. The noise levels were also noticeable . You could hear other guests slightest movement. Overall, this was a decent 3 star stay for overnight.

The smell of the room was awful. Our family was there for a funeral. Some were given discounts; others were not. Because we we prepaid threw Expedia, the hotel would not make any adjustments. Really a bad experience and disappointing

Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Property showing a little bit of age with peeling wallpaper. Nice front desk staff, comfortable bed and pillows.

Me and my family traveled here from out of state to stay for the weekend. Bed sheets and pillows were nasty , hair and brown stains on items. I spoke to front desk associate , all she did was said she couldn’t believe it and gave new sheets and pillow cases. Bathroom also was nasty , carpet had a smell . Very dissatisfied with it all together.
