It smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay for 5 minutes.

Neat, clean, ac worked great to combat the Louisiana heat / humidity.

Clean basic room, for the Price, you can’t really beat it

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. First off my car was stolen out the parking lot and I was parked in the very front . Staff told me the camera only worked on the right side of the building . Didn’t understand why my back was hurting so bad for two days till we discovered the bed was flipped to the boxspring side because the bed cover had a terrible stain on it . Asked them to take the trash out just to be told I had to empty it and take it out back to the garbage disposal. People was ok the side of the building playing cards propping the door open . Elevator didn’t work so had to carry everything upstairs. Men standing on the back of building and coming in and out without shirts making flirty comments. Felt very uncomfortable

As Always the entire staff is always professional with smile, and always willing to solve any problems that might occur, the only problem I’ve had is with my door key but when I go to the front desk they always apologize for any inconvenience in which is never a problem. The best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

The room was terribly dirty. There were spider webs in the corners. The towels were dirty. The elevators did not work. The keys kept getting demagnetized from the door like it was a lot. It's extra like I really just want some some type of compensation.Cause it was actually a ridiculous stay.I couldn't even sleep!

I was not appreciative of the woodspring suites in Lafayette. The AC didn’t work, the TV was very dark with no color to watch. I was there from the 17th thru the 21st. They have kitchenette but why? I went to staff and ask do you have anything to use of the stove. They said you have to buy your own. I said you don’t rent anything like one skillet, Or pot. No forks or dishes. I said i wish i knew this I would never booked on line.

I was a little apprehensive after reading others' reviews but I found my stay to be perfectly comfortable and adequate for the price I paid. There are basics missing, such as a coffee maker and a bathroom trash can, plus the room has a strange smell at times, but the room was clean, the AC worked well and the hotel was very quiet at night. It's very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Fine for a couple of nights.

The bed and room was infested with critters. Towels were severely stained. Room had an awful smell. As a healthcare professional it saddens me how management thinks this is acceptable. They were quick to tell me that the room was non-refundable…understood but why not give me a clean room or at least offer to “clean” the room I was given. The only rest I got was in my car. I was miserable daily trying to care for patients being sleep deprived. I am not ok. This WILL NOT be swept under the rug. No one deserves to be expected to live in such an environment.

Nice room, friendly staff. Great AC, and nice Kitchen.
