Staff was very friendly. Location was very convenient, 2 min away from air port. Bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. Hair and trash from prior guest, and sink was stopped up. Trash bags from room cleaning, left in hall all night, and guest just dump there box's by the curve.

The price The towels in the bathroom had what looked to be pube hairs on them, the bed was hard as hell, the dresser was broken on the floor, the bathroom door wouldnt open or close, there was no tv remote, the shampoo bottle appeared half used and was sticky.

It was mostly comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff stole from my room and nothing was done. They shouldn’t have even been in my room. They were also informed we were staying over and still came into the room after that. The first time they entered they did not knock or announce themselves at all.

The lights did not work in my room other than the bathroom, the whole place smelled like marijuana, and there were people yelling in the parking lot all night

The bed was hard

the front desk lady was the only happy part of the she was so kind and sweet. The people in the lobby were fighting which was a crazy start. then the bed was so uncomfortable my back is hurting. the floors were wet from humidity. there was mold in the bathroom. there was a roach on the ceiling when we walked in. the water pressure was HORRENDOUS.

It would be nice to have at 2 pillows per person and include either a coffee pot or Keurig. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay

Wifi in room not working. No shower curtain but had one delivered. No kitchen accessories like cups, bowls, flatware. It appears people of low income are living there. When i checked out at 5am there were homeless looking people laying down in the hallway outside my room. Bedding and sheets, pillows piled up in hallway my entire stay. Floor in my room was sticky. Lots of people who live there hang out in back and smoke, and make noise right under the windows of the rooms.

It was a place to sleep. I made reservations through booking.com for a total of $52.99 and the hotel changed it to $68.99. When I pointed it out the clerk said they would fix it. They didn't and charged me the higher price.
