The best hotel I ever stayed at

Had only one person working check in and seemingly overseeing the property. A lot of folks standing in line trying to check in. Very very small pool and many small children without parental supervision fir a long time until the same poor guy trying to work check in came and took care of the situation.

Not the worst but not the greatest;

I would stay here again! It as clean, comfortable and quiet, plus the location is very convenient!

Highly recommend this place….will be back for sure!!

Clean and the staff was super friendly.

There are few concerns about the Housekeeping side of the hotel. And maintaining the building overall Maintenence of the property.

It was fine

Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper.

The dresser drawers kept opening on their own. The breakfast was just ok. I read that this hotel was rated a 9 but my visit would rate about a 4.

Great place to stay for a quick stop whe you are tired from driving cross country. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The price

Smell in room was bad. Very musty old wet smell

The hotel in itself was good, the staff was AMAZING, but what brought my rating down is the area of town it is in and the prostitution running out of the parking lot. I had two women approach me (a woman) at 4am while I was getting ready to leave the hotel to finish my road trip home asking me if I would like their services. No thank you. Again, the hotel was nice but the area and surroundings were TERRIBLE.

Well, when we got here, the room was not very clean as there was still trash in the trashcan and someone else’s food in the refrigerator plus the pullout bed had mold on the underside of the bed and there were no linens for that bed for my daughter to sleep on. The TV had a line going right down the middle of it and the staff told me I had to come down to the front desk if I wanted linens and there is nothing they could do about the TV. Plus they put a $50 hold on my credit card for incidentals which I have still not received back to my credit card yet and it’s been almost a week. Sketchy neighborhood.. on the bright side it did have a very good breakfast and the breakfast lady was very friendly. Not exactly what I would expect from a Wyndham property as we are Wyndham timeshare owners also.
