Property was good and for the most part clean, but I did see some strands of hair on the bed and in the bathroom room. Also the bed skirt had stains on it. Breakfast was good as usual and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We first stayed here 4 years ago and met Keira. We had been traveling all night and she arranged early check in and was just so helpful our entire stay. When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. She greets you every time you enter the lobby and gives great suggestions on food and things to do in the local area when asked. The nicest and friendliest person to be the face of the hotel!

It felt dirty. The towels we had to request for the room were half yellow from stains. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathrooms and carpet felt unclean. One of the complimentary water bottles was opened and partially used.
