Great parking and clean rooms. Love the coffee!

The tv was basically child locked, we could only watch cable. The room was great, staff was very friendly and nice but we were a little bummed we couldn’t stream a movie or show we wanted to watch.

Very beautiful place to stay in Laguna! Definitely recommend.

I want to say that the staff was kind, but we had problems with the bathroom. We needed to change to another room, but we had the same problem with the bathroom there. It was not working well. The tank had very little water, so it didn't flush properly.

It’s always so inviting ! I’d say maybe removing the plug that’s on the same wall of the sliding door to the bathroom, we had one of our phones charging and one of my kids was coming out of the bathroom and hit the charging block. So maybe removing would be best :)

The rooms were nice. I had one along the front side of the hotel and you could hear the freeway although when we checked in our rooms were 85 so they didn’t have the rooms cooling so it was very hot and then one of the rooms that I had still after about four hours was hotter and they did come up and take care of the issue right away. One night I went to the bar to have a glass of wine and there was a lady singing and she was fantastic. Bartender was great. Was nice to have coffee in the morning for free.

The waitress at the lounge was extremely kind.

Flew in from Texas and from the arrival at the hotel, the lobby, and then to the room were all EXCELLENT!! The front desk was very welcoming and friendly! My room was very clean, fresh, and quiet! I stayed for the weekend and I will definitely be staying here again when I visit California! They only knock i would have to say it's that the room didn't have a microwave

The front desk folks were friendly and the room was clean. Nothing really to complain about. I'd stay there again.

Pool was ok Terrible service Used Condon on our floor on arrival to our room Extremely loud road works outside that kept us awake all night with no notification that these were going on. The room alarm clock went off at 11.45pm waking up the whole family. The treatment when dealing with our complaints by the front desk staff was unsympathetic and not very professional

Room was clean, beds comfortable and gourmet coffee in the room a plus. Pool area was maintained well and bar was conveniently located. Nice location. Unfortunately, we waited 2+ hours for our room to be ready after the check in time of 4pm and our room at check in after 6 pm was 83* despite the AC working well. We called down to ask for a fan, if avail. The First Lady told me she’d send one up. The second lady, an hour and a half later, told me there were no fans but the mechanic would come. The mechanic told me the AC was working so we should just turn off all the lights in our room to cool it and there was no fan. We did get a fan an hour after that but the room stayed above 80* until almost 4am. When we checked out at 930am, the AC was finally at 76*. Just frustrating.
