The location was great and the hotel seemed. Rey clean. I think it was a bit pricey for the room size.

The hotel was very nice and had a wonderful location. Transportation isn’t great. Yes, there are buses but it’s not the same as staying at an actual Disney Resort. You can charge to your magic band either.

I love everything about this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Being able to walk only 20 minutes to the Epcot International Gateway was really special. We were able to enjoy the quick service café called Fuel right off the main lobby of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, located on the 2nd floor. The mattress and pillows were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Nice resort. Clean room, convenient location with easy transportation to parks. Quick food/bev store downstairs. Friendly staff.

Clean and food was good

We checked in late, 12am to the Dolphin after late hours at Hollywood Studios. We walked over to the resort and went upstairs to just sleep. The room was comfy and se got a good night's sleep. There was a fire alarm being tested at 9am the next morning. We were up, but it was going off again when we got back from Disney Springs. The hotel had so much to offer and looked like so much fun, but we were just there for the one night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The property was clean and well kept. The views overlooking the boardwalk and boat rides were fun for the kids.

First time staying here. The property is amazing. The staff is amazing and the amenities are amazing. The problem....is that no matter where you book your reservation whether it is directly with the hotel or through a secondary site like Hotels.com, The charges are not the actual charges. In my case, the taxes and resort fees total 41% of the room charge for both nights. So, when you budget for your stay, budget for 1.5x what they say that the room charge is plus parking. Also, the Dolphin is undergoing renovation (9/25-27/2026) and there is very limited parking. So, we either had to valet, $64.97/night or self park at the Swan and walk to the Dolphin, $42.60/night. Just beware of all of these extra charges when booking.

I loved this hotel so much from the staff to the amenities. My kids also enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back. The rooms are super clean and well taken care of. Food was amazing and the staff is also amazing. I can not wait to go back.

Excellent service and very accommodating.

USB ports were all broken- made it a pain to charge magic bands. Also personal preference: shampoo smells musky which is not my vibe. Would stay again and bring shampoo and usb blocks.
