They kept everything so clean the staff was Really nice. I enjoy when I say good morning or good afternoon. They acknowledge you as you’re walking in the hallway I made that very important.

very open aired hotel with beautiful grounds and great location

We absolutely loved our stay. It is so easy to get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. If those are your parks then this is one of the best resorts to stay at.

There was a construction going on since 8am everyday

Todo, es bastante caro, te cobran 50 dólares por día por habitación es ni caso fueron 100 dólares cada día solo por estar en el hotel, si ya pagaste las habitaciones por que tienes que pagar extra por día, no te dan nada todo tienes que comprarlo y venden muy caro, el lugar es bonito, limpio agradable, tienen varias piscina varios restaurantes arcades para los niños tienen una playita muy linda es un buen lugar te dan transporte a los parques Disney por bus y bote.

Construction above our room started at 8am

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The room amenities were not replenished nor were our rooms cleaned until sometimes 6pm. This made is difficult to get ready for dinner without fresh towels and a clean room.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Dont expect to walk in and have it feel like a Disney resort, it feels more like what you would expect from a large vacation resort. Not a bad thing, just need to adjust expectations. It is a very big large resort and to get from one place to another felt like more of a trek than your standard Disney owned resort. Be prepared to pay extra to park and a daily resort fee. They would be better off building that into their nightly rate. Will likely only select a Disney owned property going forward.

no fue lo que esparaba muy Bonita y todo por fuera pero por dentro la habitaciones lo baños terrible no hay espacio entre la ducha y la poceta no se puede abrir la puerta bien es super incomodo y te cobran mucho el parqueo y aparte le tienes que dejar un deposito que no te lo devuelven y estan haciendo construccion hasta el 18 de agosto mucho ruido no te dejan ni dormir .
