Good place, clean room, excellent staff.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was comfortable. My only complaint is the parking fee, which I felt was significantly overpriced for guests staying at the hotel. If the parking cost were more reasonable or included in the stay, the experience would have been excellent. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

We would stay here with our family anytime.

Immaculately clean and we enjoyed the pool, coffee shop and breakfast restaurant. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend and return again.

Unfortunately, our stay this past week started on a disappointing note. On the morning of July 16, I woke up and found one cockroach coming from behind the TV and another on the floor in the corner of the room. My first thought was, “Oh no, there’s an infestation.” It was definitely not the way I wanted to begin our vacation, especially since my wife has a severe phobia of roaches. The first person I spoke with at the front desk was incredibly kind and apologetic. She genuinely seemed to care, and I appreciated that. We requested a room change, which the hotel accommodated, but it took several hours, causing a significant disruption to the first day of our vacation. What disappointed me most wasn’t finding the roaches—it was how the situation was handled afterward. Other than the first employee, no one really showed much concern or empathy. I was told a courtesy credit would be applied, but days later I had to call back because nothing had been done. Another employee eventually took care of it, but I shouldn’t have had to follow up myself. This review isn’t about the money. Wonderful place to stay for my trip to Epcot. Hotel beautifully maintained and really convenient. Love the early park entry!

The location of the hotel is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the pools have a lot of choices. There is a large game room, however, the games are extremely expensive to play. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
