Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. There is a ferry that takes you directly to these parks and Disney Springs.

The best place to stay with the best staff and resort can have. The staff is the most helpful care taking group anyone could imagine. The property is amazing in everyway possible. The convenience of the property is an even bigger reason to stay at the Swan. East access and transportation to all Disneh parks

Room was good, staff great, and pool was not up to my standards. Pool had too much chemicals and was designed odd.

We loved the location of the Swan and the convenience to the parks. The ice cream at the Fountain was some of the best we have had! The staff even gave out free ponchos on rainy days. The coffee in the room was also really good. We have no complaints about our stay!

Clean and close to parks with lots of transportation availability

We loved going back to the Swan Hotel after 30+ years ago visiting with our two daughters. Now we came back to visit with our beautiful granddaughter and our very close friends. It was just as magical as before and we look forward to visiting more frequently moving forward. Thank you for a great stay!

The two beds were horrible. It was as though they were completely worn out on one side. Our reservation was for two nights, but we elected to leave and go home after the first night. I had no problem paying the $300 for the second night, as we were committed to our reservation. However the $50 per day resort fee was ridiculous in that I arrived the first day at 6:30 pm and left early the second day but was charged the $50 daily resort fee for third day. Also $40 plus tax for self parking is also ridiculous. I have no idea how a family affords a Disney vacation.

Breakfast spot ran out of eggs… room was dusty. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
