Beautiful hotel! Very clean and updated. Close to amusement parks.

The property was in a great location near Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The resort fees are high for the few amenities they hype up and $40/day parking is steep. Overall we liked the hotel and recent room remodeling. Late check out at noon was superb!

We had to change rooms after first night due to moldy smell and sticky floors. They only had a standard room available (I had paid for an upgraded room with bigger bathroom & balcony.) we made due it was fine.

The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel was convenient to use the water taxis to get around to the Disney parks.

I always liked this resort. You can really relax, and when you are ready then have a stroll on the Boardwalk. Great service, very accesible to Disney. Restaurants are very good. And for every taste.

First, and foremost, I will NEVER book a hotel via 3rd party, such as Hotels.com. again. By doing so you are immediately at a disadvantage, as the hotel is less likely to help with discrepancies bc of your third party booking. As far as settling problems that arise & talking to an agent, via Hotels.com, that is a thing of the past. Their customer service representation is mostly driven by AI, which makes it next to impossible to settle issues. I never connected to a human agent. Hotel: The hidden fees, taxes, parking, etc are so hard to follow when your folio arrives at check out that it makes original anticipation of costs next to impossible to determine. Paying slightly more and staying fully on property will be my first choice moving forward. It’s not worth the chaos of feeling taken advantage of financially when the final bill arrives. Lastly, the front desk leaves MUCH to be desired. They are unhelpful and unaware. This seems to be because they are consistently over booked and trying to get through reservations w/guests who they are able to “pull one over on” for lack of a better explanation. Ex: I had a fantastic experience with Michael at Concierge only to be totally contradicted by his promises 3 hours later by the front desk once my room was ready. Disappointment after disappointment. There should be a higher standard for the BonVoy brand.

The staff was fantastic. Helped us with everything and they were very nice. The room was spaceous and clean. The location is the best for those to go to the parks. it was really an exceptional visit.

Exceptional

The property, grounds and being close to the WDW parks was why we chose the Swan. We were disappointed that Housekeeping was not consistent in keeping our room clean on a daily basis without a call to the front desk. Staff was helpful when we called and made sure we had what we needed if our room was overlooked.

As usual, we loved this resort.

The property, amenities , and staff were excellent. The ONLY issue was that our room smelled mildewed.

We loved our room and stay but the extra $375 in hidden resort fees was ridiculous! Beautiful Resort but we’ll be staying at our usual favorite- Beach Club Resort!!

Great location. Close to Epcot, Hollywood and the Boardwalk. Disney transportation to all parks at property. Nice room with balcony. Very clean and staff were very helpful. Would stay there again.
