Was beautiful. Short walk to Epcot! We loved it there.

We thought the property was amazing. It was beautiful spacious. The rooms were nice clean beds were so comfortable so many places to eat and the pool was spacious and lots of lounging rooms. Everything was a 10 out of 10. I would go back and stay every time there.

Love the proximity to parks and boardwalk! Great pool! Need more quick dining options for lunch/dinner! Lots of walking, almost too much just to run back to car! Boat transportation was great and free swan boats! Kids had fun! Room is nothing special but worth it for the location!

This property is amazing. They have queen size beds, not full. And so close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. So convenient.

Loved the pool with the slide! Great location to Boardwalk and Epcot and HS.

I was aghast that I had to pay $60 per day for parking and $450 in fees to stay at the resort, on top of the hotel costs. The prices are simply outrageous. The resort is well-kept, centrally located, and the rooms are clean, but the pool was overcrowded, with no chairs available except far in the back, practically in the parking lot. Dining options were limited as Il Mulino was undergoing costly renovations. I'm feeling one and done.

The room was spectacular. The staff were all friendly and made the stay magical. We had an excellent visit and look forward to returning next time we visit.

Great location. Not too many young families.

Loved the grotto pool area. Very nice hotel. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced at all (I was asked when we checked in how if we wanted it every day or just once during our stay and I said just once, but they never came). But very nice hotel. The restaurants were a bit fancy for us so we just took food from the deli type place back to our room. I prefer the personality of the more disney themed resorts with their cafeteria style dining etc. but you can’t beat the location of the Swan and how quick it is to get to the parks. We enjoyed the boardwalk area as well.

Overall it was ok. I appreciate it’s not an official Walt Disney hotel, being a Marriott, and you can certainly tell. However, it is still kind of on Disney property and markets itself as a Disney hotel. You expect a level of pizzazz I guess, which just isn’t there. The rooms are lovely. Clean, spacious, modern, bright, and comfortable. I loved our room. The staff are miserable as sin. Front desk check-in staff were pleasant, but the bellboys were awful. So miserable, grunting and pointing rather than talking. They were simply borderline rude. Same goes for the coffee shop staff. Rude and abrupt. Don’t get me started on the Friendship boats. There’s zero schedule available for the boats, they come “kind of every 20 minutes” but no clue when that 20 minutes starts or anything. You’re just stood in the blazing heat hoping one comes soon. The boat staff… wow. So rude and passive aggressive. I believe they are Disneyworld employees rather than the hotel employees, however. I would just save yourself the hassle and walk to the parks and Boardwalk (it’s literally a 10 minutes walk if you walk at a good pace). Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. The location is unmatched, so close to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disneys Boardwalk. But overall, it was a let down. As above.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. All the restaurants had delicious meals but very pricey. I was able to view the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my room.
