Well Maintained and updated property compared to some of the older Disney Hotels like the contemporary and Polynesian. Great Value compared to the other disney hotels.

Only thing need more vending machines. It was really hard to buy a coke at 1:00am because everything was closed. Stayed at Disney swan and had to walk to the other building and walk to the gym. I go to the vending machine and guess what the out of coke.

Loved our stay and balcony room with resort view. Lovely big spacious room, lots of storage. We had a crib for our baby as well and it’s was perfect!

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Location within walking distance to Epcot. Easy boat access to Epcot or MGM. Buses to other parks with easy access from the hotel. Nice food options but rather expensive. I like that you can use the amenities at both the Swan and the Dolphin. The grotto pool at the Dolphin is really nice. We had a really great experience and would most certainly stay again! Nothing

It is the perfect spot in the “middle” of 2 parks. Walking distance or a quick water taxi away to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. The only downside is that you CAN NOT use your Magic Band as your room key at this time.
