This hotel was very clean, modern, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a large selection of breakfast items. Also had plenty of comfortable seating.

THE BREAKFAST ROOM HAD A ONLY ONE TOASTER THAT ONLY HALF OF IT WORKED, IT APPEARED THAT THE STAFF DIDN'T CARE TO REPLACE IT. OVERALL PRETTY BAD ESTABLISHMENT.

The AC in the room was cold (I like it cold). The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was convenient. Also, the jacuzzi was great though it could have been maybe 2 degrees hotter.

The pool area was in the middle of the hotel and rather small. A group of kids were playing in the pool and it was very loud and echoed through the whole floor. I would stay again but ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid that noise after a long day.

The breakfast was not that great just stick to the waffles. There was no bathtub in our room and the air con is a little loud they do not have central AC. The location is good and everything seemed to be clean and in order. The jacuzzi is very small and in the lower levels by the gym which is also small. The pool was clean and decent size for kids. For an inexpensive stay it is worth it.

I like the property because of its convenient location, with easy access to both the I-5 and I-405 freeways. However, the elevator had an unpleasant odor and could benefit from some refurbishment.

I was actually surprised with the hotel. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was clean, easy to get to, staff was nice, there was breakfast, and it was close to other key locations in Irvine. I was happy I didn’t have to spend more than I needed too either. For our purpose of teen sports where we are in and out through out the day this was perfect. I will stay here again if we are playing in the area.

Another downside was the breakfast, which was very limited. Other than these issues, the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained.
