They stay was relatively comfortable. However, on Saturday morning their maintenance staff decided that 8am was the best time to start drilling into the concrete to repair a set of steps. When we mentioned it to the staff at check out, we were told we should have called in the morning. The guests should not have to make a noise complaint at 8am on a Saturday. Especially when it is hotel staff making the noise.

Just found that I was DNR because I had my dog staying with me to which they found just tad of dog poop to which they charged my card $250 to pick up lol and I paid just to try and book again came all the way out there to find out I can’t rent there because of a issue that I paid for as well rather stupid mighta s well never paid it or I could have came back and pick it up if I had seen it it’s a small dog weighing 14 pounds wasn’t that serious and I did pay them that’s why they got this review learn customer service and don’t be shady trying to capitalize on a mishap and then DNR pathetic

The design was quite interesting. It was actually really cool that McDonalds was insulated right across the parking lot, that way if you missed hotel breakfast you still had a chance to get breakfast for a whole extra hour. Appreciated being able to do laundry there as well, my son played a lot of games I had to wash his Jersey often. Beds provided restorative sleep, I think my blood pressure actually went down while I stayed there lol Just wish there was carpeting in the standard double queen, it gets cold. Also if you turn off the lights above the bed, all the outlets that are connected to it stopped charging our phones. You have to plug your phone directly in a wall outlet so you have a full battery in the morning.

It is a great value for the stay. I love that there is a balcony for the fresh breeze. The bathroom is beautiful. Comfy beds. The breakfast is basic. Covered parking is a bonus. The workout room has a wide variety of equipment. Extremely convenient to the freeway (and beaches) and outstanding shopping at the Spectrum. The air conditioning is loud but certainly keeps it cool!

I like the location, the bed and the pilows. I like the breakfast. The bad smell in the stairs when not using the elevator

One suggestion for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could be more effective in keeping the room comfortable. We also noticed a slight odor in the room that may be worth checking. Additionally, the artificial plug-in fragrance used in the elevator was quite strong. While we understand the intention is to keep the space smelling fresh, the scent was overpowering and may be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to strong fragrances. A lighter scent,or none at all, would likely create a more pleasant experience for everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these small suggestions help make an already good experience even better.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Great location for the places we were going and so close to the Orange County airport.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! Did not run out, plenty of food. Parking was was good There really wasn't anything, if I had a complaint maybe they didn't have sheets for the sofa couch
