This hotel was so impressive. The room had a living room and separating bedroom with a pocket door separating the rooms. Each room had TV - The tub was new and deep. There were nice full size soaps, lotions, etc. The bed was comfortable and the sheets, pillows, etc were lovely. There was a full breakfast with many options like scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, juices, yogurt.. the breakfast and parking were included making this hotel a great bargain ! There was also a pool and hot tub!

Room smelled awful and there were ants everywhere (we were on the top floor!). The room was spacious but the carpets were filthy and we had to wear shoes the entire stay. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast could use more variety (no fruit or bagels and the hot breakfast portion was the same every day) but we appreciated the friendly staff!

I like that it included parking and breakfast. There was also a fridge and microwave. The room was large.

The good: Great location Theoretically the Free Breakfast The bad: Parking spots are tiny even for compact cars let alone the hundred suvs/pickups that were double parked all over. The breakfast buffet consists of eggs breakfast sausage and hash browns, its only staffed by one person, and they only make a small amount of hash browns at a time, so every time my kids got up to get some from the new batch it was already gone, and took 10 minutes in between to make, after the third time they just gave up. THE UGLY (which is the most important part of any hotel stay): I booked a room which included a pull out sofa for a family of 5 and this is where my oldest was supposed to sleep, but when I opened it up to get it set up for her the sheets were looking stale, and the mattress underneath was all stained without the traditional protective sheet over it. The blankets on the regular beds looked like they've been in use since the original build date of the hotel which was likely in the 80's and have seen better days, but we did not have much of a choice due to how late we got into town and had to stay the night. Needless to say, we did not utilize the pull out sofa, and had to bunk up like sardines to make it work. Take this for what it's worth, and to the owners, please buy some new blankets and matreses or at the very least fitted sheets and change bedding on pullouts..

Please I need my warranty back after 10 days waiting,

I was on the 4th floor and the A/C unit was extremely loud. It woke me up several times during the night. The controls in the room said it was off but it must be controlled by something else. The sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom which was different. Beds are old and not comfortable .The wifi did not work properly for my phone but I knew the staff at the front desk wouldn't be helpful so I didn't even bother to ask. The girl working at the front desk when I checked in had multiple tongue piercings so between her accent and the piercings I could barely understand her.

The location was great, the neighborhood was clean, and the rooms were nice. The staff in the breakfast area were excellent and the breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely return to this hotel. The spa/hot tub water needed attention. But the pool was nice and blue.

I enjoyed the breakfast and how friendly/helpful the staff was.

Location and parking A bit rundown, disposable plates and silverware for breakfast, size of gym.

I was charged a 30 dollar fee for my service animal peeing, they could not prove that the dog had peed. Mind you I cleaned the entire room towels were put to the side

The hotel is conveniently located close to a freeway entrance. The breakfast had a cook that would make to order eggs.it was simple but good. The room was spacious but a coffee maker was missing. Also, the bathroom in our room needed to be remodeled. Other that that, fairly good.

Booked many months in advance for a highly anticipated weekend away with my husband. I specifically pocked the room with a jet tub to relax after what was going to be a long day. At check in, room was not ready and had to wait while other friends in our party were able go right to their rooms. When we were finally able to go up things seemed fine however later in the evening when we attempted to use the tub it it was leaking eater out nearly as fast as you could fill it making it unusable. It was too late to change up rooms and just made the evening disappointing. On check out early the next morning there was only an im sorry and there is no manager to talk to (so I left an email). No offer to match room rate for a room that didn't have the amenities I booked and paid for. I hope they choose to make this better but I will have to wait and see if they actually contact me.
