Always a staff of 1 and most hours

Nice property that is conveniently located with easy freeway access. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Stayed 4 nights. Was quiet for the most part. The hall ways could’ve been cleaned a bit better but the room was fine. I really hate when the prices get jacked up because they know there are events/tournaments close by. I paid almost double than any other normal nights.

Breakfast

We were warmly greeted on arrival and checked in quickly and given parking permit. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was very clean as are premises overall. No complaints and will be back.

Dirty and embarrassing

This hotel is dirty. I had 2 different rooms because the adjoining room door allow the neighboring room noise to come right through. I stayed the first night and on the second night there was noisy neighbor sound coming through the adjoining doors. I asked to change rooms and ended up with another adjoining room. The fist night in that room was OK but the second had me enduring a loud family literally all night long, I don't think they ever slept! And right now I in the room and they are arguing next door. The sound comes right through the adjoining doors! The rooms were reasonably clean (6/10) but the hallways and other parts of the hotel are filthy. (3/10). I stayed here one other time a couple months ago and it was just acceptable. never again

In addition, the carpet had a very unpleasant, dirty odor that made the room uncomfortable to stay in. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I think it's important for other guests to know about my experience. I have stayed at other hotels in the same chain, and this one is nowhere near the same standard of cleanliness, maintenance, or overall quality. It was very disappointing.

Nothing was wrong with the hotel it was a very average stay.

The room had a leaking air conditioner that the staff was aware of before they assigned our room. By the end of our 2 night stay, the carpet was completely soaked halfway across the room, making it barely possible to get out of the bed without stepping on wet carpet. Not acceptable for anyone but especially in a room with my 2 year old.

Don't think the carpet's in the hallways has even been clean, very musty smell. Lack of help or what ?? Bedroom carpets are starting to look the same

Clean room and well maintained property

The bathroom smells awful, we bought a spray to keep a better smell! I didn’t like the hotel at all, it is way too expensive for the price, we have paid.

Room size is a bit on the smaller side, felt a little cramped. Rooms do not come with a microwave (suites do, it's an upgrade). If you need to heat food you have to do so in the lobby (community microwave). They do not offer free breakfast, and they nickel and dime for everything. Parking is not free. Staff, well, let's just say there is one staff member that goes above and beyond and is super friendly (forgot her name). When booking for this location, I used a third party site to do so (cheaper rates), I wanted to add a note to the reservation 1 day prior ( on Sunday) and I called all day and the phone went unanswered. Upon check in, I figured out why their phones were not being answered. I walked up to check in and the young lady that was behind the desk was on her cell phone. There was no greeting, I had to say "I am checking in" and she stopped talking on her cellphone (didn't hang up) and sped up the process of checking us in. I told her about the incident of me calling on Sunday to add the note and she said she was very busy on Sunday. I then said I called from morning until early evening and had made several attempts. She being upset, then said that I should've added the note when booking. That girl was a mess, no customer service experience at all. That phone call was the most important thing to her. She gave us our room keys and we went to our room...keys did not work, had to go back. Her shift was over and we encounter the nice lady that went above and beyond.

Staff they are great

Everything was fine. I always enjoy my stay there. As far as amenities go it's a small gym and pool, which I don't use, so it doesn't have any effect on me.

Unfortunately the room was not taken care of properly. There was a large wet spot on the floor, minimal bathroom amenities, room interior is dated especially the bathroom, our tv remote didn’t work properly, and the staff was understaffed and slow to respond although I know they were doing their best. It’s not a well managed hotel. And to add, they charge extra for parking which I wish they were upfront about. It’s okay for a quick business stay, but overall I don’t recommend staying for long.
