Staff very accommodating

I think the price of the breakfast is too high. Specially when you're paying over 200 bucks for a room.

It was good, I wish it was all inclusive breakfast though

Great location for travel by car, near tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff was 5 star and very knowledgeable and friendly. Great room, housekeeping were very helpful and the workout room was perfect.

The hotel was perfect and the breakfast staff was great. The lady in charge of taking care of us at breakfast was amazing. She went out of her way to not only take care of us at breakfast, but also answer questions, give directions, and take our picture for our 45th anniversary. I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

From the moment we checked in, we felt very welcomed. Excellent staff, from front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant, etc. The room was average, but VERY clean, exceptional linens and pillows and had all the shower products ready for us. The front desk staff asked me every time they saw me if I was enjoying my stay. The coffee in the lobby was plentiful and the lobby itself was a 10/10. Large with plenty of space for everyone. I will be staying here every time I travel to this part of the country.

breakfast wasn’t the best. house keeping wasn’t that great. hard to receive towels. ice machine on my floor was broken.

Staff was fantastic I will however say unlike most of the Hiltons the continental breakfast is not included with this one. The continental is 9.95 and the buffet( which adds bacon sausage eggs and potatoes) is 17.99. It is good but just keep in mind it is a separate charge.

Everything we needed and nothing that we didn’t and we especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service to our room. Such service is becoming too rare.

Loved the whirlpool and the cleanliness of the hotel room Prior to placing reservation, I thought the option I chose included breakfast but after the reservation was placed, that option did not appear on the reservation Also, the panel cover of the furnace/AC unit came off and it was challenging to get the thermostat to stick to a comfortable temperature
