Quick one night stay. This was my second time here and it was just as great as the first. Well maintained over the years. A gem in the burbs!

Overwhelming pros: Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! Also, easy, free parking. Got some Werther’s original toffees in the lobby to keep the kids amused. Weak cons: Toll to get on highway but not the hotel’s issue, just a pain to pay.

Highly recommend this place. Easy to get to plenty of parking, rooms were clean and updated. We were asked at arrival if we wanted our room cleaned and fresh towels during our stay. That doesn’t happen anymore. We ate at the in house restaurant and that was good too!

Coffee bar was supposed be open at 6:00 am. Did not open until after 6:30. And instead of offering complimentary coffee like nearly every other hotel in the world, a black coffee was $5.40. Guy at the main desk was unapologetic. Horrible customer service; don’t stay here.
