Room was clean and staff was helpful when asked for things like toilet paper and towels. Out of their control but the whole village lost power Friday 7/3 from about 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. They don’t open their pool until 10:00 am I would have thought with the no power and heat they would have opened sooner. Only other thing is if you are on the ground floor you can definitely hear everything above you.

The rooms were quaint with appropriate Adirondacks decor. The motel was just outside the bustle of Lake George but well within walking distance of everything.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with flowers and an anniversary greeting. My wife was extremely happy, and that made me even happier. Later that night, we needed an extra heater due to the cold weather. I called the manager around 10 PM, and she not only picked up right away but arranged for a heater to be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. We had such a warm and comfortable sleep. The spa was amazing, cleanliness was excellent, and overall maintenance was impressive. This was the last stop of our 3-day trip, and it turned out to be the perfect ending. I am truly grateful to the management for their hospitality. Prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of service and facilities. I highly Recommend this Hotel. Nothing. Everything was Perfect.

Location is great. Rooms look nice when you get inside for sure. Love the decor Everything was pretty great price def isn’t bad at all but the jacuzzi hot water sucks. We stayed here 3 times now. First time it ran great. Second time no hot water at all like none till the next morning. Then 3rd time it was like slightly warm at best

The place is gorgeous definitely a hidden gem! You would never know how adorable these rooms are from outside. The decor was beautiful! The heat is only a small electric fireplace in the livingroom. But we have 3 rooms as we had the family room. It was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and then a large sitting area with a tv.
