Nothing was open and the waterpark is shut down in the advertising. It’s not.

They were literally CLOSED!!! One building was hosting guests. No signs no prior knowledge that this place felt like the Shining. Uber literally told us they didn’t want to offer service to this location. Very expensive with nothing special at all.

I stayed for a weekend with my family for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The room was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. The only downfall was the resort including the indoor water park was closes due to renovations. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned while booking through Expedia. We found out when we arrived for check-in. Other than that, the experience was nice. I would back again when they are fully open.

Closed, the outdoor pool dirty and unkept. The property manager Pablo was highly disrespectful, and the location looks like a ghost town. The breakfast is good however the attendant there watches the patrons like a hawk and they run out of some of the food a half hour before breakfast is done.

Due to construction, our room was moved to the Willowbrook Building for our stay. Front desk staff messed up at checkin (and i didnt know because this was my first time staying in a hotel) and we had issues with the night auditor attempting to charge various incorrect amounts on my card through the night because of it. (I had an insane number of suspicious activity and fraud alerts from my bank when i woke up), we did get it sorted out but only after waking up to security trying to break down the door telling us we were kicked out for non payment (i had paid the security deposit at check in. I guess they were supposed to charge the rest of the stay then as well but since they didnt & i just thought it was due at checkout & then theyd charge the rest). I was first charged like double the cost of the stay and it didnt go through and i immediatley texted the front desk number an got no reply. Then the MANY, MANY attempted charges through the night were all amounts that were more than the cost of the stay or random. None of them made sense and i did email a few people to ask what was happening but didnt get replies until after the security wakeup call. If you’re planning on staying here, pay before you get there or freeze your card after you checkin. The room itself was okay. Only one of the remotes for the TVs kinda worked though & the couch was VERY firm, absolutely no cushion. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I am never again going back they advertised water park pools and nothing was open, and the address provided was wrong.

I was robbed. I purchased a stay with split rock and when I arrived, the hotel and the park were closed for renovation. $303.00 for one night without amenities.

Place is a dump.

All amenities broken and or closed did not get to stay at the resort they forced me to stay at a hotel 2 miles away they double charged me

I love the location and staff are often friendly The trash bins were full and gross at 11am. The cleaning crew were not as attentive this trip and often left the rooms untouched. Which is fine but they weren’t available to provide trash bags. The guests were dumping their trash at the main entrance making the front look unkept.
