The Willowbrook Village at Lake Harmony, a Wyndham Hotel

This is a forest located hotel, don't expect the most flamboyant services. it is a place to relax and disconnect from everything, take your time and enjoy the cool forest winds.

All of it, we had a good time and the rooms we very comfy

It was good

The place was clean with very large rooms. That was the extent of the positives. Just checked my credit card, and there are so many charges and redactions that I will need to study that mess for a while and get it sorted. Should have just been a room charge and deposit charge/refund. Definitely have a story to tell people after that trip.

The grass wasn’t mowed by the rocks with the building numbers..It was difficult to find our building

Horrible experience

First we absolutely love Lake Harmony. Second - the newer Waterpark resort is taking the business..

People were nice, apartment was really big and clean, great stay

Dishes were dirty and there was no dish detergent

Room was very clean , customer service was great , hard to locate main office after dark , close to ski area big boulder .

The room was clean and we did have a good water flow and hot water. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The fireplace worked. Guest agent Naomi was helpful. The elevator wasn't working. There was no remote control for the bedroom tv. Maintenance was no help. We had to buy our own remote for the bedroom. The kitchen had no appliances, cookware, dinnerware, nothing. The resort apparently has new management and their policy is kitchenware is only for owners and people with timeshares. That's ridiculous. There was an awful stench of marijuana in the halls as soon as you opened your room door. You had to connect to the wifi through your phone to watch tv.

Idk what was more neglected me as a guest or the room itself…

Given wrong KEY several times and as u know Willow Brook is not near the reception desk and each time I was told I would have to wait 30 min. While in my room a family literally walked in while I was naked and my husband was getting dressed as we were getting ready to go to dinner they said that was their room, a manager came and actually wanted us to LEAVE that was unbelievable why would we have to leave when we were already in the room. I expect some type of compensation for this embarrassing inconvenience

The room smelled like pot. The jets didn’t turn on in the jacuzzi tub. Apparently we had to go to the town square to check in. The free breakfast was in some other building. The elevator was out of order. I’m missing a chunk of bone in my ankle so it’s hard to do steps. No body was at the desk to help!

My Room Had A Jacuzzi That Didn’t Work, And The Water Was Brown. I Have A Video And Pictures Of It.

Sent us to wrong room. Elevator not working. Sent us to another building. No pots pans plates glasses and utensils to cook with. One of the security locks was broken.

The room was great, but it would be better if it had plates, glasses, silverware, etc.

Front desk cleaning bar food great Water park busted, closed when open freezing water all kids water park was closed. Not happy this was the point of our trip
