Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast.

Location and amenities The billing process was frustrated and caused issues with my company. They were in process of switching systems which caused a split billing process on my reservation on top of a $10 room hold charge with no receipt. The $10 was refunded within 2 days but I am required to provide a receipt for all transactions…

The breakfast was great with Starbucks coffee. A bit challenging driving around Mall parking lot to get to and from hotel.

Breakfast was not good and not worth paying extra for it. Also, guests outside by the pool area were smoking weed and made my family feel uncomfortable.

They gave us the literal most out of the way room (top floor, furthest from the elevator) even though the hotel was not full. Our reservation said we got free breakfast for two but they did not have free breakfast.

Bed was so big and comfy loved the rooms so nice and roomy Bar lady wasn't nice needs to get her frown off her face never smiled didn't have the stuff we wanted to drink wasn't well stocked. We had our own stuff but wouldn't use it.
