Never got a chance. They denied fulfilling our reservation, Because the wifes service Amina was not for physical assistance

Our room was awful, the couch bed look like it had blood and pee stains on the mattress protector, went down to the front desk and all they did was give us sheets to put over and expected us to let our children sleep on it, the ac didn’t work properly, so the room stayed too hot the whole time. Asked for a new room and got told no. The fridge in the room was hot and didn’t work properly either. I have never had a comfort suites look or have these kind of issues before. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good, clean, safe place to stay close to surfside beach! Breakfast and coffee stocked and customer service and check in was good. Pool was nice as well.

The room was in very poor condition. It felt dirty, the bed had a bad odor, and there were stains all over the mattress and bedding. I took pictures of the stains as evidence because the condition of the room was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Rooms need more attention, need to be cleaned. Elevator had a strong odor needs to be cleaned as well as the hallways.

Morning staff was very friendly❤️breakfast was nice and hot and area was very clean! Wish I would’ve gotten his name to recognize his great service and courtesy. Will definitely stay again!

Nothing It’s old and needs serious renovation. Bathtub handles really loose. The place needs a major overhaul

Other than a regular room stay nothing was impressive the older lady that checked us in was very short answered and a bit rude when we asked for towels for the room and we stated the shampoos were empty when we found out when we were about to take a shower at night time and she said we should have told her as soon as we got in the room,how were we supposed to know that when we just checked in,she was rude other than that it was a normal stay

Everything was good The fold out bed had dirty linen with lots of small trash on it I had to take it off and put something over it very uncomfortable mattress at that.

Location Room was filthy with old women working were the 2 meanest rudest incompassionate people I have ever meet. Room was so filthy I left a day early
