Smelled like cigarettes so badly and smelled musty

Overall pretty decent for the price

room was clean adn staff very helpfull

The front desk lady was nice, and the location is good. However, there were no curtains on the windows at all making it hard to sleep once the sun rises. They do not give you enough towels or pillows- only 2 of each. The A/C made a thumping noise all night. They assign everyone a unique wifi password, and they didn't even write it down for me. The elevator was broken when I went.

It was close to my venues 1. The pillows where not good at all, we did as the person at the desk for more pillows however was told we could not get anymore.2.the Hotel elevator was out. 3, the building smelled like it got wet from a flood.. 4. Too expensive not to serve some sort of breakfast.

What interaction I had with staff was good. The trash can had Taco Bell in it, not mine……. The queen sized was efficient but extremely uncomfortable.

Everything was good, except when the elevator went out. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs with a bad knee wasn't fun. I did like the fact that you had to use your key to actually enter the area where the rooms and elevator is located.

When I first checked in I couldn’t get in my room and I had to ask the front desk to let me in because it was locked and when we walked in we seen clothes and things all over the floor they booked us in a room that was already occupied the phone didn’t work in the room air barley blew I would not recommend

Clean, helpful staff. Not fancy but sufficient. Would stay again.

The room was terrible. The sheets has crusty yellow stains, the fridge and freezer did not work and the fridge started making a knocking sound at 2 in the morning. There was no blow dryer in the room and the hallways smelled like chemicals.

Very clean rooms. property was in a great location and the staff was great. Would highly recommend

There was no breakfast at the location. Only coffee was available. The add stated there would be breakfast.

Wall are to thin. Could here everything in other rooms.

Upon checking in there is no covered over hang and you will be drenched if it's raining. The staff was very polite, especially Christy. The room was adequate for my needs. However, WHY are you putting a wheelchair bound person on the SECOND floor?? After trying to go outside at 3am due to PTSD, being a combat veteran, I was unable to do, due to the elevator being OUT OF ORDER. After making a call to the overnight clerk, she has informed me that no one would be coming until Tuesday due to a holiday weekend. The county dispatch said I would be billed for a lift assist from the ambulance service. The general manager ONLY offered me a smaller room on the first floor at a lower rate. Due to reservations being done with Expedia, they said they couldn't help with the lower rate change. I need full compensation for being put out of my room, moved to a smaller on, my care taker moving all our things and having to go down the stairs backwards IN MY CHAIR risking injury to myself. Check your stairwell cameras!! I was also had to miss out on plans that were already set due to this incident

the whole place smelled like marijuana. When i ask for the manger she said she works monday - friday. I would like to know about get a refund for the sencond night that i had to find another hotel.

The different levels of security made me feel very safe! That is very important as I am 68 years old and was traveling alone this time. Location was a little awkward to get to.

Location was great and facilities were clean. Also had a very spacious room. One roach on the wall as we walked in to the room, but room appeared to be very clean otherwise and no other insect issues during our stay.
