Best Western Plus Lake Jackson Inn & Suites

Nice room...reasonable price...kids enjoyed the pool...desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was a good assortment of options and everything we had was good. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay at!

The room was clean and the stuff was great and they have good breakfast.

The breakfast food was amazing. I was so excited when I woke up to get breakfast. The pet accommodations by providing a bowl and treats were so thoughtful of my furry companion. The pool lounge was a great relaxing experience especially when traveling on the road for a while. The only thing that made this stay unpleasant was the Wi-Fi did not work on our electronics devices in the room however, only the front desk area. The staff did try to help however, they never followed up if we had access to the Wi-Fi and it was something not imperative to our stay.

This is a great property. Very clean and stylish. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were not great however

This is my second review but I lived everything about this Motel. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was equally great, the room was clean, the pool was nice and uncrowded and I lived the coffee station. What else is there to love? I will always use this best western when I need a Motel.

It was a nice day we were there very quickly and left but they did a good job.

The manager and hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. We didn't sleep well though due to the noisy doors from the hallway and large group of teenagers running around through the night.

The property itself is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and very clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the outdoor area and pool, which were both clean, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, but my favorites were the farm-fresh yogurt and the amazing multifunction coffee machine. It could make just about any coffee drink you could imagine—with perfectly steamed milk. It felt like having a coffee shop right in the breakfast area! The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, except they billed my credit card instead of my employer after I reminded them at check in that a CCA was approved for this stay through my employer and they confirmed this information. Besides that, the room itself was nice and clean and staff very friendly.

Hotel was very nice and safe, staff was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the size of the room, the furnishings, and amenities. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Jackson.
