La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Clute Lake Jackson

I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!!

Un lugar que definitivamente nunca volvería alquilar, el lugar olía horrible,las toallas negras , mucha cucaracha y nada bien ahí, asi que antes de alquilar revisen los comentarios, porque a mi se me paso hacerlo.

Room was clean and cool. Lobby was horrible. Outside lighting was bad at the lobby area. No way I’d ever try to eat breakfast there. There were only sheets on the bed. One fitted and one cover sheet on each bed. No blankets or bedspreads to cover with. Had a two night stay booked but woukd not stay the second night. No refund. Now I know why. Would never stay there again and reluctant to stay at a La Quinta.

The hotel was dirty and stinky...the hotel staff was rude when asking about the nonexistent breakfast 😒 ther weren't enough washcloths and towels for the room guests.

No iron, hair dryer not working, no tissues, no cups,ice machine not working,carpet worn, tile in bathroom fell, housekeeping didn't clean room, pool was green, one roll of TP, some outlets were not working. light bulbs missing, telephone not functioning. Place was deplorable. Management was non existent, manager never around

The room had roaches crawling on the bed and on the furniture. Pool was dirty. Because of the roaches, I left and asked for a refund. There was no way I would sleep there or the hotel.

We got another room it was a little better just no hot water in the shower

Don't do it unless it is your only option.

Found roaches, toilet didn't have enough exhaust to flush properly, room flooded and it was not cleaned afterward nor was trash taken out.

The place was good the only complain is woman are offering services by knocking on the door.

This hotel should be condemned. When we arrived the staff was pleasant. We got to our room and opened the door and the smell about knocked us over. Once inside we noticed stains all over the bedding, back of door had something all over it. We sat on the end of the bed to see if any other hotel was available and started itching. There were knots flying all over the room. We packed up and left. Went to front desk and told them. He had a list of over 30 other rooms that they had marked as not to book because of issues with them.

Front desk was wearing pajamas and they were rude when I was telling them what the problems were There was blood on the pillow And somebody’s pizza was in the fridge And no toilet paper was in the room front desk was rude when I asked for some

The pool

The property was dirty and smelled like wet carpet. The ac wasn't blowing cold air. The restroom and bath tub were dirty along with hair left behind. First night we heard a woman screaming outside. Second day our card just stopped working and we weren't about to get into our room. The beds had stains on the sheets. All the plugs couldn't hold our charges. Definitely will not be staying again. Definitely not family friendly.

Floor was filthy, fridge was full of water and ice. Mold on the headboards and walls. Roaches welcomed us. Room was stale and stank for a non smoking room

I made a reservation paid for it online and showed up but they would not let me check in because it was midnight when I called the superior person above them four times they told me it was a 24/7 check in yet the front desk still didn't let me check in so therefore I asked for refund and I haven't even got that so we didn't even stay and I lost money
