Their rooms have mold in them before the owner refuses to fix the roof. When we first arrived no one at front desk had to search for someone to check us in and the maintenance man tried to check us in. Changed rooms 3 different times( 1 a/c didn’t work 2n couldn’t get it open 3rd one king bed and pull out couch) . Still didn’t get the room we paid for. Thank goodness we took extra blankets and pillows because there were not for the pullout sofa. Will not be recommending Baymont to anyone.

The hotel is run down. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was until 10:00. I went at 9 and everything was out!!! Not sure if I will stay here again.

I should've paid closer attention to the other reviews! I searched several booking sites and some had this property listed as a 3 star. Not even close! Room reeked of smoke, very dirty and disgusting toilet, dead roach in the bathroom, live bug in the bed, no cups or hand towels in the bathroom, hair dryer falling off the wall in the bathroom, thermostat didn't work (could not get room cool enough), and I could go on. I should've gone back to the front desk and asked for a different room, but I doubt there was a room that was any better. Only positive thing I can say is that the bed was reasonably comfortable. This is a 2 star hotel at best in my opinion.

Very convenient to the beach for our fishing trip. The parking lot is well lit.

Things were broken. One in our party had to change rooms because the door wouldn’t close. The breakfast was barely edible.

Upon check in, one of the tv's didn't work. They changed my room. In the second room that same tv didn't work and the room phone didn't work. I went down and reported it to the desk. Nobody ever came to look at them. There wasn't any breakfast available, only coffee one morning. I would not recommend this location. I was not the only guest that was dissatisfied. And when I was checking out no one was there for checkout. No place to drop off keys.

Location Smells of mold and roaches. Breakfast was very sad
-
Black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and we couldn’t watch tv for 2 days because they didn’t pay there cable bill the breakfast was terrible dry biscuits that’s all they had
-
Didn't seem bad for it being an older property. Rooms have potential with better upkeep. The hotel had a roach infestation. They were crawling into bags, up and down the curtains, on the door frames, and through the lobby. Couldn't stay the night. Staff was friendly and offered raid. Chose a refund instead.

Near the freeway The first floor and room smelled awful. The room door did not have a safety lock. There was no breakfast from the time it said. When I needed to check- out by 7:15, there was no lobby attendant to check us out from 7-8 am.

Was ok for what it is but toilet seat was broken, one bed didn’t have blankets and bathroom floor felt like it was sinking
-
The locks locked. Curtains closed. Beds were ok comfort wise. Mold in the tub. No working light in the gym. Breakfast was very lacking. Soo much noise with literal construction in the room next to ours.
-
The staff was friendly but the hotel and rooms were shady.

Room was nice and clean, had to go back to the lobby a few times because the key cards weren't working correctly upon checking in. We stayed for 5 nights and asked twice if they can put new sheets and towels but they never did. Other than that everything was good. It does have a strong aroma Marijuana

Only one towel per guest had to ask for extra

It appears the roof had a leak and caused damage to the ceiling. It is what it is but is caused mold as well. The mold is very visible in the bathroom. There was no soap to wash your hands. Ive stayed in more budget friendly hotels and they still provided soap to wash your hands. Then they advertise breakfast but its a muffin and coffee. They have a juice machine, but no juice. Which sucks because thats all I usually get is juice.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was happy ... clearly going downhill.

This facility was supposed to have breakfast, and it didn't. We had to find other alternatives at the last minute.

Breakfast was supposed to be five am and I went down at 6:00 this morning and the guy at desk was asleep at the counter. The light was off in the dining area and he said oh your the fist one. There was one dry biscuit and cold sausage. See above. Also when we got to our room the room was hot and a/c was off. Then neither tv would work. We had to change rooms.

The lock on door broke so only way in was staff letting me in by a key. They didnt even offer to switch me rooms. Dirty tub and shower head. Ceiling had huge paint bubble like was holding water and about to pop. The breakfast was biscuits that made popeyes biscuits look moist. And small sausage. Had coffee but no cups. Waited 20 min a d never saw any staff. The only good thing was the lady who worked the desk at night. She was polite and very helpful even though the place is falling apart
