We didn’t even check in. The lobby smelled like mildew and it was a big no for me. They did not refund our money. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone with allergies/sinus issues

I had a great stay room was clean the only thing I would suggest is that the towels were better had some newer looking towels and some were quiet worn out so I didn’t allow my children to use until I was able to get a restock the next night.

You get what you pay for here. The room was clean, but don’t expect to be aesthetically pleased with the complex. The staff was helpful, air conditioning worked, and the pool area was clean as well. The bed wasn’t great, but for the price can’t complain. The ice machine was not working (looks like it’s been out for a while). Would’ve been good to know beforehand. What ultimately made this place worth it was the cost and pool.

Convenient location, big rooms, clean property, free breakfast, clean pool, day staff friendly and professional! Had to have keys reprogram 2 times in 6 days! Evening shift male not professional nor did he have good customer service!

The room was very neat and clean. It even smelled clean! They accommodated my needs for a crib. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. Everything else was excellent.

Noticed a roach when I first walked in, which wasn’t ideal. Aside from that, the stay was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast could’ve been better—eggs and sausage would’ve been a nice addition—but overall, it was a solid place to crash after a day at the beach.

Yes! The AC was great! Nice work space and a great breakfast! The staff were very attentive and super friendly. I was a little skeptical of the are but it was a nice stay.

Convenience Bed was very uncomfortable, springs could be felt. Rooms had a weird odor. AC stopped working during the night. Price I paid was more than I was told. Hotel was unable to use my points.
