Clean room, breakfast was just cereal, ac was cold. Close to the beach

Love the location. The shower head sprayed outside the shower getting the floor wet. There was an odor.

The staff are fantastic! He even fixed the TV im my room in the middle of the night.

Absolutely horrific terrible just down right awful. Bed bugs cockroaches and many other termites infested the entire building. Sheets weren’t even washed. Nervous to get in shower with sandles on. Owner was just unbelievably ill mannered and terrible screaming at me threatening me. HORRIBLE A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and offered the "Hill Country Special" when he noticed where we were from. Turns out the Hill country Special is when they call you to let you know you left items behind in the room and to assure you they will hold on to them until you can come get them! Friendly staff, caring and very personable, would absolutely stay again!

We got into the room and checked everything out there were stains all over rhw carpet, cigarette burns on the ver thin comforter, stains on shower curtains, the walls look like they hadnt seen paint in years ans someone had left tissue stuffed in the peep hole. There were gnats the whole night rhat we had no idea where they came from. I did try to complain and request a refund thru hotels.com but all that happenwd was they called manager and he brought a comforter and shower curtain. The manger made me feel very uncomfortable like inshould.have known to call and tell them not who i booked thru. I wanted a refund not another comforter.
