Great place!!! Just was an older resort but we liked it!!! We will stay again

Enjoyed how picked up all areas were. Amenities in room were adequate and enough and plenty of towels! The room was bigger than I thought it would be and the view spectacular! The staff was always kind and friendly no matter the ask. All had a positive attitude and were ready with whatever I needed, no matter front desk, pool side, restaurant, or housekeeping! Will be back and share my great experience!

My wife and I have been coming to the Lodge of Four Seasons for more than 20 years, and unfortunately, this was an experience we will not forget and our last visit. Our room was not clean, the air conditioning could not keep the room comfortable, and the staff showed little to no interest in addressing our concerns or making our stay better. What was once one of our favorite places to visit has sadly deteriorated significantly. We are extremely disappointed. It is absolutely a shame to see a place we once considered one of the nicest destinations in the area decline this much. For years, we recommended the Lodge of Four Seasons to friends and family. Sadly, we can no longer do that.

I enjoyed that everything was on the property restaurant wise. It was really chill.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed there over the past 10 years. While still my 1st choice, the place needs to be updated ie: bathrooms and room furnishings. Other than that, It is amazing

No daily room service Had to get towels, coffee etc from lobby Very outdated Stained and very dirty carpet throughout lodge Bad smell in room Pool very cloudy Windows very dirty No microwave in the room Wood rot on a lot of outside structure
-
The staff was great. The room was clean but a bit dated.
-
No fridge and no ice...hard to keep food cold. No microwave so can't heat anything up in the room.
-
Great location, grounds were well kept, loved the view of the lake. One tiny shampoo and conditioner for 2 people for 2 nights, tub did not drain well and was very slick, room was very warm, facility looks run down.

Loved it
-
Rooms not connected to the main lobby are outdated.
-
Could be updated some. But otherwise enjoyed the outdoor stuff. Pool and Asian garden.
-
Son was bit by bed bugs. Had to take him to urgent care. Rooms were dirty. We will never go back. They are giving me a hard time refunding the money for a bed bug infested room.

Restaurants, Pools, Staff, Architecture, location, food were all 10/10. Can’t wait to bring some friends back & enjoy this resort again for a longer period. Beds are very comfy, TVs are nice, bathroom could use some updates, but still very nice & clean. We enjoy being at a resort that had everything you needed for a disconnect & beautiful outdoor spaces to have privacy too.

The grounds were nice. The staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. The rooms smelled horrible and were dirty. The showers were damn near unuseable. You didn’t know when you were going to get burned or iced out in the same shower.

No telephone in room. No refrigerator or microwave n room. Ice machines broken. no parking close to room Resort fee
