Exceptional

Like they had parking for trailers nice place but the shower would go from cold to burn you hot about every 20 seconds never had such a experience like that besides that I would stay there again fairly priced close to everything

Like the proximity to the lake and to our family members who live there It’s dated, it smells moldy in places and definitely needs a facelift. It’s too expensive for the outdated amenities

Not much. The buildings were in disrepair. We made the reservation without the knowledge that we would be put in a satellite building and not the main hotel. Pretty much everything, check in was frustrating and not done with any sort of speed whatsoever, the buildings need serious repairs. The stairwell to the pool has stairs that were so soft, I almost went through one of them, this place used to be great and nice, it's too bad that was 1989

it was good place to stay some things needed to o be wasupgraded but the hey staff was great and the crowd was amazing

or renovations have been made in many years. Rooms are kept with very little light so you are unable to see how rundown the rooms are. Staff told me there is little light as to keep bugs away (wow).

The room is nice, clean and huge! perfect for a family get together. And what you see is what you get! also most of the staff, receptionist are very friend. Highly recommended this place. We love the lake view as well.

The place is really in need of improvements there are rotten boards and the rooms are very dated! The room we was in had mold in the shower and the faucet in the shower was up side down and the kids got the water too hot. Then the water temperature wouldn't stay the same scalding hot then turn cold then back to hot. Use to be a really nice place.

Overall our stay was very nice! Unfortunately it was very hot while we were there and we spent a lot of time at the pool. When the pool bar was open, which was only twice in 5 days the cocktails were very expensive, also there is a place that serves food by the one pool which was never open! We were there during Bikefest.

Bugs in the room. Dirty bathroom. Like nasty.

Great location everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful parking can be crazy but our favorite place to stay

Old, bathroom needed help' . no refrigerator or microwave, smoke alarm keep going off. Heater was too smelly to use.

Front desk told me no smoking or vaping, the room smelled so bad from smoke, and blinds were half missing had to request another room

It's a beautiful facility with great staff, great pools with food service, and a really good restaurant. Great place to relax. The weekdays are very quiet and afordable. The breakfast buffet was expensive and only provided the basics you would find for free at a budget hotel. Not worth it.

The staff in the main building were very friendly and helpful, particularly the extremely attentive and quite overworked bartender/waitress at HKs

On site restaurants and bars. Swimming pool chooses. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Never got towels replenished had to call front desk to request. Was not the cleanest facilities I would have expected and Walkways had a bad odor and several areas of mold.

We were given the wrong room, but they corrected that and gave us the correct room. They were very accommodating, we enjoyed the stay.
