Beautiful, fun and centrally located. Loved the Japanese Garden and swimming pools! This is a beautiful property! We would like to have tried the full menu at breeze, but due to heavy volume buffet was served both days of our stay. Understandable considering 4th of July weekend is very busy.

Everything was nice. No washer/dryers, resort could use some updates.

House keeping knocked once and just walked in. not cool Will not be back

Hallways smell like dog pee. Carpet needs to be replaced. Rooms were outdated especially the bathroom. Requested a room to watch the fireworks since it was our 30th anniversary and we got a room on the opposite side of the building. We wouldn’t recommend it. It was fairly expensive for what we got .

The pool area was very nice.

Good views. Firework show was great. Shower was not clean, was flaking up, and would suddenly go from warm to scalding hot to freezing cold numerous times everytime we used it. Massive spider crawling in my kids clothes. Was told up on checking out that I owed for a pet I did not have. Then was accused of lying about it and the lady laughed in my face. Then she continued to keep telling me booking hadn’t paid them as if that was my fault. Incredibly unprofessional. Very old and run down. Grounds are not very well kept. Definitely not at all what I expected from a Four Seasons and for what I paid for it.

A good place to stay by the lake with your family and friends.

I stayed at the Bayside and they’re the old part of the lodge. I stayed in these rooms when I was working at the Lodge ofThe Four Seasons when I’d get snowed in. It seems like they haven’t changed since 1979. The hot water would suddenly turn cold, and then suddenly turn scolding hot, in the shower. Water doesn’t drain very well. The carpet looks old and worn out and dated, beds too and the sheeting. I swear I stepped back in time. I checked for bedbugs, but I didn’t see any sign of any. This used to be a first class resort. I realize I was staying in an old part of the hotel but it Definitely needs renovation to compete with Camden on the Lake. It was relatively inexpensive, It seemed. The one plus with the room was the nice balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and a small marina below. One more thing, the air conditioner is just a wall unit. It’s not central and it’s either freezing or it’s hot and humid. There isn’t any in between. I realize I was there during a heat wave so that could’ve had something to do with the extremes.

What needs help are the carpets throughout the main building. That will address the musty smell. Most hotels address paint & carpet every 5 years to keep up that fresh clean feeling. I

Hotel rooms were dirty Problems with showers We had 3 rooms as a family and all 3 were same unfortunately Lady in the front desk was super rude Everyone else super nice and kind.
-
Room was nice and clean but bathroom was very small. Property is really pretty and quiet.

Me and my family love the location of the hotel. The staff that we encountered was very sweet. What we did not like about the room was it was small the bathroom was nasty. The water ran. The carpet was stained. we had to go out and buy sheets and bleach to clean the room cause it felt unsanitary.

For the amount of money paid, you would think there would be a microwave andrefrigerator in the room. No cleaning service no cell service and spotty Wi-Fi. The shower was terrible hot water to cold water without changing the knob no steady temperature half of the restaurants not open or closed early food, choices, or limited not worth the money. Should’ve just stayed in Holiday Inn for half the price

They’re not even maintaining this property, let alone investing to bring it back to what it once was. There is no attempt at anything resembling accessibility, so take that into consideration if you’re considering this place. There one good thing was that the tv wouldn’t work, and they sent somebody over really quick and he Waze able to get the part to fix it quickly. Overall, avoid this place if you can. Motel 6 will give you a better experience.

Our room was terrible it was very small and not clean. Our sheets were dirty on the one bed and dust coated the carpet. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light in the bathroom. The closet door was broke and the light switch was cracked. The binds were coated with bug and dust and were crooked. And the shower handle was broke. The water temperature was burning our skin because of the broken shower handle. I would never stay there again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

There was roaches in our room. It wasn't cleaned well at all. Did not stay the night. Had to finf another hotel.

We did not eat on site. Definitely enjoyed having the 24-hour shop at the bottom of the hotel. Took a long time to figure everything out but we love the facilities down by the hot tub. The hallway smelled like fish
