The hotel closed permanently without notice and somehow our group was still able to make reservations both through hotels.com and the hotel website itself smh

Nothing bad to say but...i got the room based on indoor pool. We get tjere its broken closed. Not a deal breaker tho ..i would stay again!!!!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!

There for New Year's. The show was great but the bar staff was not. They were slow and not experienced. Waited over 15 minutes for drinks at time. The room looked good and was comfortable but no hot water when asked front desk they said their maintenance guy told them that there was hot water and you need to wait at least 15 minutes for it to warm up to the rooms. Waited over 15 minutes and the water never got warmer than room temperature

Marijuana smell all over the hotel, on every floor, permeated my room and could not block it out. NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel so none of our party of 20 people staying in different rooms on different floors could shower in the morning.

Pictures did not match the actual hotel. No services available in the hotel, staff said everything was closed due to being off season. Not able to connect to internet to watch TV. The hotels appearance looked deserted!

We came off-season, there were very few people. We found the Junior suite spacious and in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property was very clean and nice, however, it was like a dead zone. Upon checking in, a terrible odor of either a dead animal, trash, or a result of them draining the front fountain was present. There werelimited lights on, had to wait for staff to come to front counter.

Property was well maintained and lovely. It was a little bit weird because No one else was there. Looked abandoned.

The website stated that there was a bar/restaurant but was not open, stated breakfast but wasn't until Saturday we went down at 9 am they had biscuits but no gravy ready microwave bacon no juice. I think the hotel was being ran by very young adults, when the bar did open up for a couple of hours the young staff was doing shots.

A group of friends and I stayed for LOTO bike rally. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues with our stay

When I arrived to the hotel it was wonderful I walked by the outside pool and there was a DJ playing! But as I got into our room I noticed there was no fridge just a wine cooler, our phone on the table next to the bed did not work so if there was an emergency I couldn't call and get ahold of somone also there was no Microwave, the water pressure sucked so bad each tome we used the restroom we had to flush multiple times for it to go down. Our Saturday morning we went down for morning breakfast which on their website says breakfast will be available from 7am-9am. When we got there there was no breakfast available at 7:15 and the front desk said no breakfast today. Then next morning breakfast was available but we had to pay $10 for a plate of food and it was cold food. Who likes cold gravy on biscuits but wait we can Microwave it guess what... we had to go to a different floor in the hotel that was a community Microwave ugh! The tv service was spotty and the Wifi does not work! The place looks like it could have potential but just poorly run. I did not see a single cleaning crew. There is not a single vending machine that was operational or stocked. Overall the room was very clean and had alot of space.

This trip was absolutely amazing. I chose the Junior Suite for me and my husband, and it was amazing. The pool setup was awesome, a bar right in the pool area, and I didn't even have to get out of the water. Very peaceful, cleanliness fantastic, wanting to do it again next year, same location. It was really nice and done it all through Hotel.com App, reasonably priced, as fancy as this place was.

I think the Staff was amazing we will be back next year definitely

This is our second time staying here this year. Great facility in an awesome location. Clean, quiet, friendly. We will be back!

Comfortable bed, spacious room, beautiful resort-style pool with swim up bar.

I booked a reservation online, but when I arrived there was no front desk staff available to check me in. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel. Despite this, I was still charged on my bank statement. I’m very disappointed with this property and will not be booking here again. I also tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered.

The complex is run down outside parking lot full of weeds hotel almost appears to be abandoned. Reception desk girl very nice but obviously hotel barely hanging on to customers. Room was nice and very clean. Pool was nice.
