Palm Breeze Hotel

I had a nice experience at the Palm Breeze Hotel,the room was clean,towels were clean,bed sheets as well.Breakfast was good as well.Miguel was so kind and helpful.The neighborhood looked quiet and I felt safe,the location is about a 10 minute car ride to the nearest beach.

Bed was nice and bathroom . Tv was cool also only stay for 3 hours it was perfect.

I gotta say the guy at the front desk is a top notch guy that wants to make sure you have a great and comfortable stay. So helpful gave me his cell number in case I needed anything. Clean rooms and pool area. I needed nothing else to make my stay more comfortable.

The staff I dealt with during my brief stay were pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Continental breakfast was reasonable. Did not use any available amenities. I would repeat my stay should need arise.

The staff are so lovely. I mainly interacted with Miguel and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed with how cozy and clean and inviting the place is! I can’t recommend it enough. Rooms were clean and cozy and had plenty of amenities. The best word I can sum up my visit with was welcoming.

Quietness and good customer service. Indoor is well lite. Toiletries like toothbrush and paste available at no cost. Easy check in. No elevator. Shower needs upgrade and not clean enough. Microwave door is not good.

My stay was great. The room was clean and staff made sure nothing was left out on explaining rules. There was plenty of parking as well. I wouldn't mind staying again.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and Miguel was amazing, very friendly and personable and you can tell he loves what he does!

First off, the interior of my room was new, gorgeous, spotless and well layed-out. But: 1) The room was extremely bright with too much external light--night and day-- with no way to make it dark (either taking a nap, or getting a night's sleep) due to powerful hallway lights. (I get it, the owners wanted to discourage riff-raff, but without darkening shades on the windows, I declare THAT a fail.) 2) The window-shaker A/C was 2.5 ft from the head of the bed, Between the noise and the intense air flow... it was "too much of a good thing." Poor planning on the renovation; I don't see a cheap way to fix that. 3) I'll bet the owners never once slept in the rooms after renovation to approve things. Given today's hyper-comfortable memory foam mattresses, I would rate the one in my room a "2" for comfort. Also, the check-in process was FAR too long. It was damn near 25 min. The "Continental Breakfast" was pretty much as horrible as everybody else; no points lost there. After the sleepless first night I cancelled (a quick refund; "Jolly Good Show!") and booked at my usual, The Comfort Inn on Belvedere, by the DJT airport. Too bad for Palm Breeze; the location is great and the place overall very beautiful but the rates are obviously going up and I don't know if the traffic niche will bear that.

The staff was friendly. Everything worked well. There was no cleaning. The air conditioner worked very cool.
