Everything was fine but none of the towels were clean when I walked

THE PLACE IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION,IT LOOKS NEGLECTED AND SMELLS STRONGLY OF TOBACCO.THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE,AND THERE WAS A LOT OF NOISE

If you are a female traveling alone PLEASE SKIP THIS PLACE! This is older place, which doesn’t bother us if it’s maintained but this is not. Inside the room was ok, actually much better than expected compared to outside but was not the 1 we booked in picture. 2 towels & 1 washcloth (which was so thin you can see though it). No blow dryer the pool is greenish/brown (can’t see bottom & no chance of us using it). No coffee pots in room, whole place smelled of weed. 3 days in row of lukewarm water in shower. Had to wait on person to come from another place to check us in (15 mins). 2nd floor walkway is crumbling with safety comes all over. Again once you got into the “suite” it wasn’t bad but rest is not pleasant. It was never quiet or calm, heard people going up & down stairs 24/7. We were looking forward to this part of our trip & this just wasn’t pleasant at all. If relaxing in a pool or just chilling is on your agenda then I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

No staff available for check in, drugs being sold outside, drug dealer told us he wouldn’t stay there as it was for drugs and prostitution. When I called the #on the door first it rang then they ignored the calls so I called the “emergency number” on the door, I gave my name, and he said there was no reservation under that name when clearly there was. I reserved for the convenience and pricing, never again. Ended up stranded in a different state with no reservation. Expedia solved the issue created by these individuals.

Yes it was amazing I love their pool area because there's no limit to how long you can be in the pool is very nice respectful The woman there works there is very great nice and cool keep up the good work but we got to get our hotel looking a lot better because I love this hotel but I still give it a five because it is the employees that make it comfortable respectful lovable and long as you respect the property they're very great and lenient and you don't find that anywhere love you girls and keep up the good work

It was pretty good for the price. The only thing that can be better is the linen and towels are clean but are pretty used and worn out.

Smell like mold and towels dirty very uncomfortable to sleep I will never stay there again.

Parking is tight. Front desk staff was friendly and as helpful as she could be. Would not recommend nor ever return.

The property was runned down. My toilet didn't really work. The TV and ac were great. Unfortunately the noise was awful from the party people in the next room. There was a DJ blasting all night I think by the pool. The bath mat and towels had stains and holes. No hot water in the shower but hot water in the sink which was weird. Parking was the only plus.

Very clean and comfortable. Fair pricing. Helpful staff! Well worth it. Great time. Definitely will be back. Cute pool! Didn’t get to swim this time, but definitely plan to next time!! :)

Close to 95 and downtowns Room to the right of me, on first day the police were called, then the second night at 5am the room to left someone was pounding on the door for 15 mins trying, I guess to wake the person and let them in. Woke me up. Not staffed 24/7.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Not far from daves last resort and raw bar which was delicious. Go there!

That was very disappointed in our state I know I checked in late the TV didn't work The bathroom window was off the track and wide open The room wreaked of cigarettes and I am a smoker myself I was told before I entered the room do not smoke or you will be charged lol. They did offer to change the room I didn't get in until 1:30 I thought maybe it was just the batteries to the remote the next morning I saw the young lady who was working and I had to go find she was sitting in her car and tell her I did want to change the room she did bring me batteries for the remote and it still didn't work I did show her the window she said she was surprised they should have noticed that I had to rig the window to feel comfortable to sleep. This is not the hotel's fault but as I was sitting outside the room I was hitting the head with a lit cigarette. I politely asked the two gentleman on the balcony to stop throwing cigarettes down I was sitting there it continued to happen I do have a photo of this it was about 10 cigarettes that were thrown down. I couldn't see it in my time but the entryway to all the rooms was filthy dirty black which I also have photos of they needed to repaint the floor or totally power wash it. When I was finally shown where the coffee machine was there was no sugar three creamers they were not refilled I went to the store purchased my own coffee which I shared with some other guest along with milk and Splenda I was very disappointed that I spent the money I spent

Clean room with the typical Florida mildew smell. Very noisy AC which prevents normal people to sleep. Overall OK but I didn’t like the fact the front desk took screenshots with a cellphone of my license and credit card. I don’t think its legal to begin with.

The room did have a mildew smell to it. And we found that a spider had built a web in the bed my son was sleeping in.
