Location was good. Large room VERY noisy- like No insulation between walls or floors- a lot of non-stop stomping. AC wasn’t working properly. Small weird bathroom configuration for such an otherwise large room. Floor felt damp the whole time- very slippery shower

Stayed for one night with family, plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. Will stay again.

It was convenient. Some of the staff were very nice, a few were not. The house keeping was horrible. They did not make the bed or clean the room . One day they came and only took the dirty towels and the money I left for them on the counter. They only came the one day. There was no soap in the shower pump. Was very disappointed.

The pillows are horrible- there should be firm pillows along with the flimsy pillows so people have a choice

Such a clean and well maintained property. Staff were extremely happy and helpful with all of our needs. Our little dog enjoyed her stay as well. Only complaint I have is that people who bring their pets need to clean up the pee if they have an accident in the elevator. But that had nothing to do with the hotel, just an observation of how some people are irresponsible.
