1) poor lighting (dark room) 2) Didn’t like carpet, smells Pros: 1) loved pool and jacuzzi 2) loved exercise room, lots of equipment 3) Delicious cooked breakfast served on plates. My fav was oatmeal 4) Staff was very friendly and helpful I recommend and plan to book again

Room was nice and comfortable the only complaint would be the shower .. drain had hairs stuck in and around it ..the shower door rail had pinkish mold in the corners. We didnt eat at the breakfast buffet. The pool needed to be cleaned it had alot of debris floating and covering the bottom corners of the pool floor. We did enjoy the location in walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Overall we would stay here again.

The breakfast was great. They had real plates and silverware . I loved the hot o at meal and all the toppings. They also had ice coffee.

At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hair on bathroom floor around toilet. Bathtub stained. Oven wasn’t clean at all. I wasn’t sure what silverware was clean. No dish detergent or dishwasher detergent available.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard.

it was ok. not like the other residence inns that we have stayed. Breakfast was terrible most days, kitchen pans were horrible, hotel was mostly clean except breakfast areas

Just a quick stay not far from home getaway from everyone in the house hahaha. Comfy and clean

Room was fair freezer door had many big dents water in shower was smelly. Staff was ok but tan out of breakfast items

The closet did not have any hangers, so our coats were left on the chairs.
