Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and up to date. AC blew very cold and quiet which made for a very comfortable nightly sleep.

Everyone and everything was wonderful!I especially enjoyed the pool!!! Unlike a lot of the hotels on line that fall short of their descriptions this hotel was right on!!! I will be making this hotel my place to stay in Lancaster Ohio!!!

The swimming pool was plus point for my family, kids enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool.

Too noisy. Housekeepers made a lot of noise and loud talking.

Outdoor pool in Ohio is not acceptable. No coffee pots in room and I was traveling with children. Waking up at 5 am and leaving the kids alone in the room to go get coffee in the lobby is ridiculous. Staff were extremely helpful though.
