DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster

Room was not clean. Hair on shower walls, shower door broken, bottle tabs on the hotel room floor. We used the pull out couch. So much dirt and crumbs were found in there.

The room was nice but we were near an elevator and constantly heard the elevator every time it went up or down. Everything else was great

Very clean and spacious room with hard-surface flooring and comfortable beds. The location was peaceful with nearby food options. The pool was fabulous and the property was immaculate. This is a solid 3- to 4- star hotel.

property needs a good cleaning on outside- windows have cobwebs, spiders, wasps.... outside of building and walkways look dirty, dusty. room itself was in good condition and clean. we were impressed by the size of the 2 queen suite we booked. definitely feels like a convention center. downside is when we arrived free cookies were already gone, although we did get some upon checkout. front desk staff did look unkempt with stained shirt. new staff starting did not have uniform yet. If you want a place where you can calmly sleep in cleanliness, we suggest this place.

First time there with family and I will definitely be going back. Pool and room and location was awesome

Defiantly not the old willow valley resort. Overpriced. They did away with the hot tub in the pool area. They did away with the slide in the kids pool area. No more geese in the ponds. They don’t even off breakfast as part of a package with your room. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Rooms to high though. Not enough amenities anymore. You can stay at tru by Hilton for the same price and get breakfast and more for your money.

The hotel was very clean and the workers were exceptionally friendly. Great place to stay

No free lobby coffee available Poor signage in hallways Ice available on 4th and 5th floors but had to call front desk to find where

Still enjoy the warm cookies. Kids liked the Indoor pool and small arcade. Room was spacious.

It was clean and quiet and available at the last minute. Could have used some complementary coffee.

Nice clean hotel that is nicely maintained.

The facility was in the midst of a renovation but the work was going on during the day when I was not present so it did not bother me. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

Went for basketball tournaments..conveniently located..great for kids..clean..great service..would rebook for next time!

Very family friendly! Enjoyed both indoor swimming pools with my grandson! Staff helpful! Love the warm cookies!
