DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster

It was just okay . It’s very clean and has amenities I didn’t use

The only problem was the restaurant in the hotel. It was absolutely disgusting all the food was undercooked. I got fish and chips and the FISH INSIDE WAS PINK!!!!! It was disgusting. The breakfast was not better. Thankfully there are restaurants 10 minutes away 👍

There was some sound of firecrackers that suddenly happened behind our room that was very startling and then someone came and banged on the door loudly at 11pm at night and scared my young daughter and myself. When i looked no one was there. She cried herself to sleep.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. The kids splash pad area was a blast for my kids. Just wish it was better ventilated for my baby who got overheated sitting watching her siblings. No air circulation. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Our room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The rug next to the bed had crumbs on it from prior stays and a contact was dried up on top of the comforter leading us to believe the bed was only made and the linens not switched. We didn’t complain because we were only planning on being there to sleep, but it was off putting.

Staff was not responsive with request for towels and room cleaning. How to call 4 times for a one day visit. Furniture in the room was disappointing. No rugs, no chairs or desks. Disappointing.

Room was clean and comfortable, pool area was fun and clean. Restaurant was great

Having a restaurant with pub style food and great prices was a good addition as well didn’t need to go anywhere once we were settled. But if you choose to there is some fast food options at walking distance like McDonald’s, Jersey mikes, Starbucks . Overall a great stay in Lancaster

Room was not clean. Hair on shower walls, shower door broken, bottle tabs on the hotel room floor. We used the pull out couch. So much dirt and crumbs were found in there.

The room was nice but we were near an elevator and constantly heard the elevator every time it went up or down. Everything else was great

Very clean and spacious room with hard-surface flooring and comfortable beds. The location was peaceful with nearby food options. The pool was fabulous and the property was immaculate. This is a solid 3- to 4- star hotel.
