DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster

They had a good breakfast right there in the dining room. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

However no microwave in the room and breakfast was on your own.

Exceptional

This was one of the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Very clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The o site restaurant was already and the bar was a blast, even meet some new people. Will definitely be back The breakfast was not that great, I would go off-site for that.

Exceptional

Love the pool and splash pad with the kids.the cookies are amazing. Definitely recommend if you have kids. The food is good. Only thing would be great if the pool was open to 11.

Super soft grass for the puppy toes!!

Good

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

Exceptional

Out of hotel’s control but way too many kids running up and down the hallways without adult supervision. Maybe there was a travel team staying however we could not use the pool because the kids were unsupervised and treating it like a playground instead of a hotel pool.

Great location and king room - corner was exceptional. Staff was very nice and rooms were very clean and welcoming. Las piscinas y gimnasio muy bueno no me gustó la habitación muy pequeña para su precio no había jabón para bañar un bote casi bacio para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas esperé más

The bed and pillows were comfortable, nice amenities and everything was clean. If you have young kids, the Starfish water playground looked fun!

Exceptional

Nice and clean. The only problem was that I was offered a raffle to get an upgraded room with a whirlpool in it and upon arrival I was told there is no such rooms. The only reason we kept this booking and not cancel was in hopes of winning the raffle.

Would have preferred 2 stationary chairs @ table, instead of 1 chair with wheels.

Excellent location, staff and accommodations

The rooms shower drain was clogged and spewed up black mold everything we flushed or used the sink. The refrigerator was also turned off and leaked all over the floor.

Nice place great location
