My only caveat: I stayed in the Gala suite at the front of the house, facing northbound Willow Street Pike, on which noisy traffic gets going rather early. If you're easily woken in the morning, ask for a room away from the street, or bring earplugs. The silver lining there is that occasionally an Amish buggy goes by.

food was good didn't like having to have breakfast at a big table with all the other guests, Would have preferred a buffet. Too much breakfast so there was a lot of waste.

When I called ABI I was told was told ABI is the guest house for Willow Valley Communities. It clearly is not. I thought I was talking w/ WVC guest house. WVC has its own guest suites & we were expected at WVC. Also, when we showed up at ABI it had stairs to climb & I am handicapped & can't do stairs so not acceptable. We decided we couldn't stay & left after 15 minutes, but there was no representative left in the house to inform on our say out the door. My telephone call to 717-629-4374 to inform we were leaving was not answered.

Bedding was excellent. Food was excellent. No complaints

The noise from the road is loud.

The facilities were very nice but our big room did not have air conditioning and was super uncomfortable and we were not told it did not have a/c before booking or arriving. The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and attentive but not intrusive. The thing I would point out to the staff or owner is that the little greenhouse/potting room at the entrance of the establishment should be presented much better. The alcohol bottles and mess was a big detractraction to the otherwise lovely property. It should have had at least some flowers and garden utensils properly presented. It made us question at first if we had picked a good place to stay. See first answer. Air conditioning was not available in room. Alcohol bottles and mess at entering place in the greenhouse. The place was exquisite, clean, beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious, top notch! Nothing!!

The cottage was a very clean, cozy, well-decorated, and warm place with a comfy bed!. A great home away from home stay for the Christmas season. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed entire experience

The Macintosh room was beautiful. Very unique and rustic with the wood . Very nice place. The room,the staff, and the breakfast were all 5 star.

The air conditioning could barely keep up, it would be better to have the mini-split in the bedroom than the hallway

We had a great time here! We loved the breakfast and that the owners took time to talk to us. The location was great and our room was very clean. We enjoyed the swing and rocking chairs by a beautiful magnolia tree. The location is great! It is near so many things we chose to do. We would definitely recommend this place.

The property and home is beautiful and the room was clean. The staff and host were very friendly. We had a little trouble getting the room cool enough. They asked us if we had any food allergies so they could plan our breakfast. I appreciated that, but should have mentioned that we needed a higher protein/lower sugar breakfast.

Family stay in the cottage which is directly behind the main B&B. It was very clean and provided privacy. There is a Big backyard with swing and playset. Also a fire pit area. The B&B is in a residential area just outside of town. A little noisy but overall safe. Note: There were Lower ceilings in cottage bathroom.

TV very small and low volume volume, old upholstered chairs lovely but not comfortable without footstools. Bathroom tiny, no place to put toiletries except outside bathroom on a wooden chest.
