That is not an acceptable solution or the level of customer service I expect from any hotel. A guest should never be expected to cover up a mildew odor with air freshener instead of being offered a clean, suitable room. The lack of professionalism and concern for guest satisfaction was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

Very accomodating staff, there were a few issues we brought to attention the first night and they were delt with in a very timely manner. Very nice family run oporation that went out of thier way to make sure we had no issues with our stay.

It’s a reasonably priced hotel. A bit older but kept up pretty well. Beds are actually queen and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Big tv, microwave and fridge in room.

The property looks nice, cozy, but the dinning room needs to be really clean up and the chairs need to go. Staff was great, friendly and helpful, specially Mr. Jose. The room was perfect, we stayed for 4 nights and we felt very confortable.

Throw up on the drapes, cracked window, dirt, oil on the sheets. Move to another room. But, that room was just a bad. Would not recommend anybody going there.

Both beds had stains on the comforters and long hairs on the sheets when we asked for new linen they only had sheets to give us so we slept with no comforters.

Had a decent breakfast and staff was friendly. Curtains were dirty, bed had a dirt spot on it, closet door was broken affecting the main door, pool looked very dirty.

Being away from my house The pool was slimmy. It was 40° outside that day and inside the indoor pool area. Not safe. The people who stay there are very unsavory. My door safety lock was off and non existent.

I enjoyed the area around the hotel, which was pleasant and convenient. The bed was nice and comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. The TV was positioned in a convenient spot, adding to the comfort of the room. Overall, it was an okay stay with some nice touches. While I liked the area and found the bed comfortable, there were several drawbacks during my stay. The upstairs vending machine wasn’t stocked, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the sheets and extra bedding had noticeable stains. The desk staff was polite but didn’t come across as very welcoming, which affected the overall atmosphere. The shower pressure was quite weak, and there was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the room. The pool was also dirty, used tissues, band aids and dirt on the floor, stuff floating in the pool. These issues made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, the lock in our door , the one that flips over was broken and sometimes the door was very hard to shut and open, but other than that ok, had I been staying alone , I would have asked to switch rooms because of the lock. The buffet was very good. Overall very good experience.
