the manager offering any thing we might need or want. My family rented 3 rooms. We met with family that lived in the area in the breakfast area when the area was not being used.

Absolutely no hot water for shower. Very upset

Bathroom was disgusting. Stains all over bathtub including horrible rusting. We were 30 min early for check in they were able to accommodate us, but not happily. Room had cobwebs in corners of room. Lowest water pressure and hot water was limited.

Overall not worth my money..

I don’t usually write reviews ever but this called for one. There’s no hot water, rust in the bathtub, the toilet flap in the tank had to be manually shut every time, and cockroaches in the room and hall. We didn’t even want to sleep on the beds or open our suitcases. We were in a group and the others with us experienced the exact same things. I’ve tried reaching out to both Expedia and IHG but have had little luck with both.

No hot water bathtub very rusty

The staff was wonderful by calling me early in the day to let me know there were hot water issues. They suggested I call back after 3pm to see if my current room was still affected. I called about 3:30 and since my assigned room was without hot water they upgraded my room free of charge to a room with hot water. The breakfast was often sparse by the time I arrived about 9:30am. We were traveling from California so 9:30am was 6:30am according to my biological clock. Even with much of the offerings gone, I was able to have a plate of eggs and sausage. The room was much cooler in the living room than in the bedroom. We have to make continuous adjustment to the thermostat to keep my husband and I both comfortable.

The water was not working when we checked in. Told the front desk & they said it would be fixed in about an hour. Waited an hour, it was not fixed. Still told it would be fixed. Went out to eat & it was not fixed. Did not stay at the hotel. Should have been told up front that the chances of it being fixed was poor.

Nice hot breakfast buffet, free. Lots of options.

No water. Was told the whole time they were fixing it. I get it things happen. 4 nights 5 days of no water to little water. The staff telling the whole hotel they can’t wash towels because they don’t have enough water. Cold to luck warm showers when there was water. Yes I would have moved hotels if everything wasn’t booked for a trap shooting nationals. Told I don’t get money back because I booked third party. Missing tv that was to be in our room. One of the reasons I booked the bigger room.

Breakfast was good room had a nice layout. Bathroom was terrible, old tub very short toilets no hot water for 2 days. Halls and rooms were vacuumed but the edges of carpets in rooms halls look like they have not been swept in months

Checkin and out were quick and painless. Staff were helpful and cheery. Room was great, temp control was good int the room. Bes was super comfortable.

The overall feel of the hotel was nice. Spacious and clean. The pool area was too HOT, water was very warm too. Breakfast was good. The night desk ladies were very helpful with suggestions of activities and pizza choices. The hot water was minimal in the room. Spacious room but could use a little table in there, in the large open area.

The front desk employee who checked us in was very friendly and went above and beyond for the guests staying.They had no hot water for most of the hotel but they called all guests and offered a discounted rate or free cancelation. She put me and my daughter in one of the rooms with hot water and our stay was great. We came for a softball tournament and they allowed us to also do a late checkout due to all day games we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming staff. Clean and quiet. Spacious room. Easy access. No hot water in shower. Low water pressure. Box spring showed wear and tear. Out of orange juice. No dairy free options.

Bathroom tub was very stained, the hot water didn't work, and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. Our friend was in another room and their hot water also didn't work. They ended up going to another hotel. After waiting for a while at the front desk we finally got another room.

Our room was fine but part of our group that was staying there with us did not have hot water and the pool was greenish
