Overall the staff was very nice. The room had no mirror or picture besides the mirror in the bathroom. The carpet had stains, and the shower was very slippery. Room wasn’t clean at it’s best in my opinion

Was not worth $552 for Thursday-Sunday. Lobby had no chairs or tables. Only a hot water jug, creamer & tea packets. Room was not giving 100+ a night. Dead bugs on window seal. Running A/C unit gave room a terrible smell. Only a table in room. No chairs No iron. No luggage stand to put suitcase on. Had to put it on the floor. Wiped down bathroom countertop with Clorox wipe & it was filthy. Vent fan in bathroom didn't work. 3rd floor was hot & had a mildew musty smell. No A/C in hallway. Elevator seems like it needed servicing. Clinking clinging & jerking. It was very slow. They didnt have enough staff. 3 women the whole wknd & they looked tired & exhausted. If there was somewhere else to stay I would have. Everything was sold out because of a event. I definitely need some money back or a credit for later use.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very spacious and clean. Didn't give 5 star only because they had no amenities for showering but that could be because they have remodel and forgot. Will stay again.

The property is very clean and the bed was comfortable. No bugs! There are a few fast food restaurants and a couple of other restaurants as well as big service stations. We stayed because we took the Cajun pride swamp tour, which you could probably get a discount if you mention that you’re staying at the hotel and ask Anila about it. Also cheaper if you book right Through the hotel. I thought Experian was supposed to get you a discount, but clearly not.
