Suburban Extended Stay La Place

Nothing about this hotel i liked the staff are very unpleasant and the room i was switched to was very nasty the hotel manager and general manager kicked me out the hotel bcus i had proof of the nastiness in the rooms and had the neeve to say bcus i denied the maid to service my room that's why i didn't like anything about this hotel

No breakfast I was hot all nite ac didn't start blowing til dis morning I was already at hospital wit my mom's at 6 to cum bk to my room afta losing my mom my room stayed hot all nite

The store next door Nothing

elevator did not work, the place was not very clean

I loved the property , it’s in a good location for food ! I don’t like that housekeeping don’t come daily

I like the fact that it was surprising quiet on thr 2nd floor this time around compared to the multiple times I've stayed at this hotel for leisure. Keep up the good work Suburban and I will be back!

bathroom did not have lights the entire stay housekeeping never showed up to correct the problem

Quite Elevator was broken and the room was on the 3rd floor

Close to the event and staff on duty took care of us the best that they could but never a manager to talk to have left a message for a return call and have not received a call back. Everything was not able to be used as far as amenities elevator broke had to use stairs and refrigerator not working in room so had to move rooms

Dirty, mold on shower curtain. Sketchy activities all night.

Rooms dirty. Kitchen dirty. Spiderwebs in all corners. Not enough towels. Weird odor from old carpet.

It was okay , the first night was ridiculous being there must’ve been a party going on and the music was really loud threw the walls until about 12am and I had work the next morning, the tub was gritty otherwise that everything else was okay . Loud noise , carpet messed up , dirt on the walls, tub was gritty , I’m 9 months pregnant with no place to stay but I won’t stay here another night .

I love it cause i can cook I didnt like that fact that it is extended stay but when i go to pay for my its already book for someone else at that time i had nowhere to go with my kids so we sat on side the building for almost 2 hour trying to find a ride

The room was spacious, clean comfortable, and the employees were GREAT they NEVER hesitated on anything I ask them for. They were very concerned about me not having a coffee pot I told them not to worry about that it wasn't their fault. Very good staff the hotel had when I stayed there. I had problems with every coffee pot that was given to me the employees was very very helpful with assisting me with different coffee pots put none of them worked. And the shower curtain rack was loose water was on the floor as I was taking my shower I put towels on the floor each time I didn't reported it to the employees because they had done enough assisting me with the coffee pots. The hotel needs better pots and pans and more of them also.

If I got the room I booked with the king bed instead of two full size that resulted in me and my girlfriend sleeping in separate beds
