Rooms were very clean. Lobby was gorgeous with the stone fireplace. The pool was really large and great for my kids. They had a blast. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. After breakfast I spoke with the manager and she was amazing. Super helpful, apologized for the inconvenience with the payment. Took care of the reversal and was very professional. So if it weren't for the check in experience I would have given 5 stars on staff. I would 100% stay here again.

Hotel is very pleasant. Clean and nice. Pool was unoccupied except for us. Enjoyed the stay, wasnt there long enough for breakfast, cannot rate that.

The front desk helper was terrible!! Constantly scratching all her open sores due to drugs. Couldn't focus, shaking. Terrible first impression. If I didn't' already have reservations I would have walked out like the previous gal trying to make a future reservation. The directions she gave us for our room was totally the opposite of where they were located. Same gal was at checkout when we were checking out and couldn't even help us as she was digging on all her sores. Left my keys. No thank you and nothing thanking us for our stay. She just looked at me as if I was interrupting her manic scratching event. As far as the property, it was great. Great rooms, clean and comfortable. I'd stay again, as I'm sure that front desk clerk won't be there long. If she is, then they are extremely desperate for anything to stand at the front.

Arrived late at night to sleep while traveling. We had not eaten and gentleman at the desk was helpful where we could find something to eat close by. Room was very clean and beds pillow very comfortable. Breakfast appreciated and tasty.
