The hotel looks new! It's very clean and well decorated. We were happy to see a fenced pet relief area right outside. The staff was great, especially Tess who gave us some restaurant ideas. Great stay!

The staff was fab, clean, quality bed, unfortunately not cotton bedding, pillows could be better, great breakfast. Broken vending machine and a customer not respecting no smoking policy. I would stay again.

Noticeable stain on carpet, no soap in dispenser, small holes in wall, painting needed, remote for TV not working, breakfast was meh. Normally I wouldn't care but they were charging $460 for the night because it was homecoming weekend. Not worth it at all....

We stayed for several days. Staff was friendly, everyone always said good morning. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were cozy, showers were nice and HOT! Area was peaceful

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit old but clean and kept in excellent condition.

Stayed one night. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful in helping us choose restaurant for dinner. Conveniently located. Breakfast was included and very good with lots of options. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was good. The room was nice and spacious and the bed comfortable. Our only complaint is that the water in the shower was warm at best.

The room I was assigned was just OK. The walls were scarred a bit and whoever tries to paint the walls should learn that there is a useful product called "masking tape" that can protect door frames or other structures from partial brush-strokes and different colors. The room was at least clean, but the bed was too soft for me and left me stiff and sore in the mornings. The furnishings in the room didn't match at all, with one example being a footstool of a dark material next to an armchair made of a grey fabric. The complimentary breakfasts were good enough for sure, but varied little from day-to-day. The juice dispenser was broken and not repaired during my stay. Bottom line: fine, friendly staff, good enough pricing, average maintenance. Would stay there again, mainly driven by lower room pricing than other places. Recommended.

The bed was extremely comfortable and when they make the statement that the rooms are sound proof they are not overselling it. We couldn't hear anybody on either side of us or above us or walking past our door which was a huge help with our dog staying with us. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anybody traveling.

I love the 24/7 coffee bar, it's fantastic. I was a little disappointed by the water pressure in the shower and the bathtub fixture not working properly. The tub didn't drain very fast either. Overall is a pretty decent stay .

The room was nice, the breakfast was not hot enough, I needed a shower with grab bars for safety the room had a tub shower combo so I didn’t take a shower because I didn’t want to take a chance of injury on my vacation

A smell of a closed humid room should have made me ask for a different room from the start, but I thought the airconditioning that was turned off was the main problem. Half an hour later we decided to swim, got barefoot and suddenly my socks were soaked. The carpet was completely wet. That is when I asked for a different room. They did switched rooms and gave us a discount. Make sure that your room is well ventilated and does not smell wet and moldy.

The staff was very kind and welcoming! Our room smelled so gross!! I believe the smell came from the AC unit… we were in 312.. the pool was closed and we didn’t know until we got there! It was open for the last day… our hair conditioner was empty and I found out while I was IN the shower…

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. My granddaughter loved the pool and the staff was very nice. I love this hotel would stay again.
