This hotel needs a refresh. New decor, New flooring in the rooms. Front desk check in was great. Breakfast was half empty and meh.

Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows.

The location was very close to the university. The king size bed was great. The shower pressure was good. The gym and breakfast were ok. The staff was nice. The carpet was very stained. Every time you got on free wi-fi, you had to watch a commercial, which was a little annoying.

From the moment my family walked in to the moment my family walked out the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I especially liked when I let the guy at the front desk know that my aunt had trouble walking he gave us a ground floor room close to the lobby and breakfast area. She appreciated that very much. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the pool area. The breakfast was very satisfying.

did not use too hot in the breakfast area carpet in room is worn needs to be replace has what appear burn marks ac filter needs to cleaned or replace bad musty smell and noisy bathroom exhaust fan when turned on lot of dust came out need more attention to over maintenance of the rooms

Close to annemeties. Not much to like as the staff was young and inexperienced. Stayed there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even after we left out request tickets on the door handle. Room upstairs was so loud wead to file a complaint with front desk. Had to go up front to request toilet paper and towels. Very poor customer service. Was it because I was Canadian?

The location was great—right on a main road, with restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed within about a 10-minute drive. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall, although the carpet in our room was torn in one area and could definitely use an update. Breakfast was basic but adequate. We really appreciated being able to check in early without any issues. After traveling for seven hours, that was a very welcome bonus! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel convenient for our time in Laramie
