Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, wonderful breakfast.

Rooms were clean and well kept.

I made a mistake in booking, which is on me. The staff was not friendly or interested at all in helping me resolve it.

Room was clean & roomy, very pleasant staff.

For the price, I was a bit disappointed. I mean, at least make sure the tub and toilet don’t have rings! Bed was comfy and hot tub much needed. Had stayed in a Quality Inn the night before for half the price and they were about the same. Standard breakfast. Nothing special, considering the price.

The room was exactly what we had requested. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great.

Carpet is getting older in the rooms. Stains/ pulled threads. My tv remote didnt work, but not to big of a deal. I will continue to stay here on my visits to laramie, as the value and property are great.

Clean room

Not kid friendly. No towels at pool area. Out of tea selection. No eve hot choc for kids. Noisy….people coming goi g doors slamming all night.

Beds comfortable, ama,ing pool but, torn curtains and ac didn't work and wanted to charge me to rent a box fan. Cold biscuits and gravy. Waffles were good. So good and bad.

Our stay was great! It was a very clean hotel. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We were very comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and that our needs were met. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again!

This property is very dated. Rooms are not clean. All furniture is worn. Bed sheets are cheap polyester. Shower curtain had holes and showed significant wear to the point that you could see through the holes from inside the shower. Asked for an updated room and advised all rooms were updated! Breakfast was subpar. Powdered scrambled eggs and barely warm sausage both days. Waffle dispenser worked one day not the next. Overall, we were very disappointed upon entry to room and felt the ratings for this property on the booking site were misleading. Will not stay here on our next visit to Laramie.

Layout of furniture and placement of television, mini-fridge and microwave were odd and somewhat inconvenient.

Clean hotel, the breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well maintained. The refrigerator in the room was alittle on the warm side, and the internal knob for adjusting temperature was missing. We just used the ice bucket full of ice to supplement the cooling and kept everyting fresh.

The beds and bathroom were clean, but the ceilings were dusty with it blowing from the AC. The pool is exactly as pictured, but we did not stay in there long due to it smelling strongly of chlorine and spotting clumps of fuzz from toys and hair in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, as well as the coffee, ans the staff was all polite and helpful.
