Americas Best Value Inn Laredo

The property is trash. It looks nothing like on the site. There no swimming pool or any wifi. Service is horrible

The property is in remodeling process. Very worn down. Needs lots of work.

Americas Best Value Inn offers a Microwave , Fridge, Hotwater for shower, Cold A/C and. Cable Tv. Big comfy bed and most importantly a place to rest. All the thing we may value wherever you may be in Americas best value. Be advised renovations are underway, room quality varies.

It’s a dump . Expedia even gave me a partial refund.

-roaches everywhere -theyre doing construction and not notified until you’re there -restroom smelled moldy -no pool, internet or breakfast

got to the room and AC wasn’t working, requested another room we moved and the toilet was broken,

My stay was terrible and unacceptable, the room was full of cockroaches everywhere, inside the microwave there was dead roaches also it was dirty as it had never been cleaned out. The toilets handle was broken, even the wallpaper is falling off. Something that I found very unacceptable and disturbing was the fact that there is black mold on the shower's roof. My family and I couldn't even sleep on the beds because there was cockroaches on the beds and they were even crawling on the ceiling right on top of us. So, overall I was very disappointed and disgusted with the hotel, I even complained to the property manager and he tried fixing the problem by offering another room but honestly it was worst than the first, so I just stayed in our initial room but I also made a complaint to the website through which I booked my room, I even let them know that I have pictures as proof to validate my complaint. Honestly, I'd rather just have my money refunded!!! How disappointing, sorry for the bad review but it's just the truth.

They did not give me a room whatsoever! They told me to contact Expedia for a refund.

No Wi-Fi no breakfast TV did not work too many things on the wall dirty things they have been rude no water in the swimming pool Fix the room upgrade them and maybe fix the swimming pool that jacuzzi the hot water etc

The place is remodeling right now so the rooms we stayed were out dated but right next door the rooms looked very modern but they weren't available yet

The location only and that I wasn't disturbed That is it false advertisement compare to online photos. No announcement about it being renovated and that the pool wasn't available. No light inside the room and door didn't lock from restroom.
