Motel 6 Laredo, TX - South

The rooms were very dirty and full of roaches and bugs the only good thing was the customer service from the front desk

The bathroom sink was stuff up, shower curtain was broken and the amenities I paid extra for weren't in the room. I'm disabled, and unable to use stairs

Muy mala exoeriencia, la habitación olía feo, el piso sucio y las sábanas también , pasé la noche ahí porque no había otra opción pero no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese lugar

Don't stay here, unless you like living with roaches. Poor maintenance in the whole place, from parking to smelly rooms with dirty walls, roaches. I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean my room the 3 days I was there. Even bought my own TP.

Para descansar la noche esta bien

It was horrible run down doors barely lock bathroom door hanging on by one screw they gave me a key to a room that people where already in. Then some one tried to come into my room in the middle of the night it was a horrible experience

I wish I had taken photos but I had to leave my phone in the truck to charge because there were no USB plugs in the room.

Lady in the front desk us rude and wouldn't give towels for the pool or rooms

My the bathroom door was broken

It was ok for the price just wished they had laundry room

No hot water. Asked several times. All I got was I’ll have them check the boiler. Another woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders like whatever. Location is nice. No fridge in the room. Bed kept sliding away from the wall. Remote for tv had dead batteries. It’s just a cheap place to lay your head but at that price I’ve been in much better motels.

Front desk male ...I always forget to ask his name but he has really cool hair lol ..great customer service,knows what he is doing, I reserved my room thru app and I was in my room faster than fast . Rooms are decent for the price being ....very convenient . I love it

Staff was polite and always with a smile room was very clean and no problem with parking 😊 thank you

None It had roaches, no towels at all, and the A/C was not cooling enough.

Le daría las 5 estrellas si no fuera por la mujer que está en la recepción, es tan grosera. En general el motel es bueno, pero el trato que da esa mujer no dan ganas de volver, no puedo entender como la tienen allí dando tan pésimo trato a los clientes.

Receptionist was very nice very polite room was very clean no issues with parking the only thing was that we didn't have a stepping towel for the shower but other than that we were very satisfied with receptionist and the cleanliness of the hotel thank you
