Tampa Bay Extended Stay Hotel

This place was absolutely horrendous. We went to unlock the door. We had to do the key at least 20 times each time we wanted to enter the TV look like it was ready to fall off the wall TV didn’t work the hotel had a horrendous smell. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel. I was afraid for mine and my husband safety.

Didn't realize that people actually lived at this hotel so rhete were extra cars in parking lot that were being worked on.

Room appeared clean and the provided cookware and dishes were nice Place has a terrible roach infestation microwave didn't work and when something was forgotten none of the staff seen it

Location was key Saw a couple bugs when I checked in but didnt see any afterwards

Room was fine for the price, had roaches, had them come spray the first day and it helped a bit

Nice people and staff The mother and baby roach are in every room and bathroom as well as the kitchen too. Because of the roaches, we cannot sleep well

Well don't won't 103 TV not up to par, staff was great, I left a mess because I can't stand and do dishes my friend left to go to work and I had to pack and leave so did not have the energy or the willpower to get them done was given a late checkout, would love to come back but not room 103 if possible sorry for the mess

NOTHING ! ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! WE FLED AT 0230 TO BECAUSE OF THE ROACH INFESTATION!!! THE ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE WALLS, RUNNING ACROSS THE FLOOR AND CLIMBING THE CURTAINS!!

The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work well!!! We were told by someone that the ice machine was suppose to be fixed that day, but wasn't! The fire department sent plenty of trucks to "put out the fire". The fumes were very bad from the blow up. The night before we were scheduled to leave was a bad night. Someone came pounding on our door at midnight with all kind of noises outside our door. We were hesitant to open the door! After about 20 minutes the ruckus finally subsided. Saying all this, we will most definately NOT stay there again. The staff was pleasant, but we did have some issues we have never encountered anywhere!! Thank you for asking our opinion concerning our three week stay!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful Nothing

It was clean and well maintained. It appeared to house homeless people. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They did alarm testing that went on for several hours. Made it difficult to watch TV while packing to leave.

Roaches roaches roaches! Pipe under kitchen sink burst in full flow. Maintenance fixed promptly.

Ample parking but overall property needs tlc

Roaches everywhere even after changing rooms still had to leave in the middle of the night with an infant. Have yet to hear back from the property or booking agent on this matter or a refund. Ghosting phone numbers when trying to contact anyone. Worst experience ever in traveling.

Location , quiet and nice staff Need improvement on roaches . Killed over 15 of them
