If I had any recommendations it would be to have 2 handicap spots down by the pool. The elevator is FAR for elderly people when they are put on the 2nd floor at the opposite end of the elevator.

If the smell of outside the room could be inside tje room it'd be great.

Our bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked fine, and the room was clean except for the flooring. The carpet is very old and worn, and dirty although not smelly. My dog did not mind but I did not appreciate having to pay the $75 pet fee plus $5 per night which the staff said they could not refund. Beware and negotiate that out up front until renovated.

The front desk staff were super friendly. We stayed several days and housekeeping never replenished our towels despite hanging the sign. The toilet paper ran out and trash was overflowing. We were able to get assistance for a couple things up front when a staff was present. The cost was great especially for our budget. We found the kitchenette very useful during our stay. Checked out at the front desk and received a call an hour later that I needed to check out. Overall everyone was extremely pleasant, but housekeeping could maybe use a different system on door hang tags for towels or checking in for trash and toilet paper.
