It appears this property is under renovation, and that is why I gave it only a good. I believe once they are done it will look great! My only complaint is, they did not have a hairdryer in the room and I was unaware of it until the next morning. I had to sign it out at the front desk, with a towel wrapped around my head. That’s pretty inconvenient. Otherwise it was a great location and stay for me.

Property was currently still under remodel. However, I got a brand new room and it was full of roaches, and I had an awful smell in the hallway, and even in the room. I was a immediately able to cancel and tell them I wanted a different room. There was no fighting at all. The staff was kind and fantastic. Now. I'm just waiting on expedia to return the refund

Under renovations and the new design will look nice when it’s not covered in drywall dust and smelling like paint. Roaches! Multiple! And the non smoking rooms still smelled like complete smoke, cigarette and marijuana. Drywall dust all over the place, paint fumes all through the building. Renovations will be good when complete but it’s not a safe place to stay with children during this time, the renovation work is not maintained properly and not up to health standards.

The hotel was in the middle of construction which is why the clean is only 3 stars. There was dust everywhere. But hotel was great. Staff were amazing and helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple problems. 1. I specifically requested a non-elevator room, but I was given an elevator room anyway. This was completely unacceptable and made the stay very difficult for me. 2. The hot water was not hot enough. It was barely warm, which made showering uncomfortable. 3. I stayed for three days and specifically asked for my towels to be changed, but they were never changed. 4. My room was never cleaned during my entire three-day stay. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, and no basic room service. 5. There was no hairdryer in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect from a hotel. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. For the price, the lack of basic service and attention to guests is unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

I love how clean is how there are attentive to your needs they make sure you have everything you need I don't have to ask for anything and they're nice It wasn't anything I didn't like except for one thing you have to pay deposit every day that I don't like every time you renew you have to do a whole new deposit and you don't get your deposit back right away

Location Under remodeling very dirty

I stayed here because of previous Sonesta Suites hotels and they were cheaper. What a mistake. I was not told that the property was being remodeled. The first floor was a shambles. I work in construction and this area was filthy. The disclaimer paperwork was long and my god initial initial initial. We had to borrow a hair dryer and yes another form. I’ve purchased vehicles with less paperwork. I requested a second key and was told there may be a charge if I didn’t return it. When I checked out there was a sign that said leave the room keys here. The front desk was unattended. They required a $50 deposit upon check in. For what? There is nothing here to charge to the room. Notice for Linen service was on a door hanger inside the bathroom. It read if you need more linen leave this on the door knob before 9 AM. If you need service dial 1. Unfortunately I did not notice it until non. The bath mate was the size of a postage stamp. When I noticed, I tried dialing 1, the phone did not work. So I bundled the laundry up and took it down to the front desk. A lady that wouldn’t identify herself told me if I needed replacement linen it should have been requested before 9 am. She told me to bring it in the hall, I did, apparently to the wrong door. The woman brought me in and told me to put them on the floor. She counted the towels and replaced the linen. I had walked out of the room and I heard her say what a dumb ass

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Amenities was readily available and easy to access. They were remodeling but it was still kept very clean

Didn't like the 4pm check-in. Carpet needs replacing. Decent room.

Latonia was grea! Smelled

The room is very nice and spacious, and the hotel provides kitchen utensils. The staff is very friendly, and Latonia is wonderful! We chose this hotel specifically because of the gym, as I work out every day with an online personal trainer. However, the gym is in serious need of maintenance. The machines have not been lubricated and are almost impossible to use. There is also a lot of dust from the renovation, there are no exercise mats, and the set of dumbbells is incomplete. I spoke to a staff member about these maintenance issues, but nothing was done. I was very disappointed, as my workouts were negatively affected throughout our stay. I will be back in town in 10 days, but for these reasons, I do not believe I will be returning to this hotel.

Because I was uncomfortable proceeding to the room, I had to leave and find another hotel in an unfamiliar area, causing significant inconvenience, stress, and additional expense. I am requesting that management investigate the odor and cleanliness issues, review the ESA policy and staff conduct, and issue a full refund for the unused stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the property unless these concerns are addressed.
