I was never able to connect the WiFi and no single person gave a good explanation abt a previous reservation deducted from my bank acct. the only 2 persons with good manners and great customer service was the lady on check in counter and the guy serving the breakfast.

Rooms and bedding clean other than musty smell from wet carpet under AC? Our room and a friend's had same smell. They need to update flooring to get rid of it. Otherwise nice hotel and staff.

We stayed here the night before our flight and left in a rush and forgot my husband’s watch. The manager John was extremely helpful in helping us locate the watch and helped ship it back to our home in Ohio. The room and rest of the hotel was super clean and my toddlers loved the pool! Will definitely be staying in the future

The room smelled terrible. It wasn’t clean either.

Toilet was broken upon checking in and breakfast was a little cold and didn’t put much food out

dirty room, everything was wet from condensation and water damage and charging for parking daily even if you dont park on site.

Only one negative note..staff failed to mention the $10.50 parking fee.

I had to pay $10 for parking after the post said it was free. The first room I was in didn’t have hot water so they put us in another room. That water wasn’t as cold but it was tolerable.
