The staff was excellent. I hate it though that I had to pay for parking and the breakfast was not good.

The hotel is easily accessible from I 275, Leyann welcomed us and made check in easy and asked if anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent also. The a/c was a little bit noisy, and the close proximity of the airport was a little noisy, but not much of a problem for us.

Our first room had very bad odor that kept getting stronger. Shower was pretty much useless. Bad layout and the name king suite is a joke. There was hardly space to walk. We regretted not switching rooms right away but we were very tired after driving several hours that day. Next morning we switched rooms and picked the one that had no smell, but this one had a dirty torn rug, lights flickering and bathroom had rusted hardware. Not sure how this is rated excellent on Hotels.com. I wish I had the time to switch hotels but was busy with.work. I will definitely avoid this hotel
